I recently joined BOM as clerk rural posting and same thing I have experienced in my branch...senior clerk har kam ko na bolta hai to vo jitna bhi kam kare sabko lagta hai thoda kam karke ye bhagne wala insaan hai so Mai ne kam ko na nahi bola abtak bas apne time mai jitna kar sakta huin kar leta huin

Shivani Ji agar Bank ke Staff members aapko extra kaam denge toh aap utna hi kariye jitna karna hai, Phir kehna unhe aaj maine bahut kaam karliya baaki mai kal karungi. Meethi baato mein pighalna nahi hai😂. Mujhe aapke jaise Positive rehna bahut accha lagta hai aur ham dono mein kaafi similarities hai. Kyunki mera Mental Health accha hoga toh mera Positive Behaviour ka reflection bahar dikhega, I don't like Gossiping.
