That double Lofty Denial in Game 3 was an absolute heartbreaker. You went on to win with Hailfire anyway, of course, but it's just the principle of the thing! Really cool deck today, great stuff.

played against a wb hailfire deck that used primal amulet and a bunch of cheap white healing cantrips to flip it that performed really well! don't know how much of it was just perfect draws but it seems like an angle that's worth looking into.

35:05 Not that it would've made a difference. But the better play is to sac Hedron archive to draw 2 instead of sac'ing 2 Mindstones. Both draw 2 and both cost 2 to do it. Small difference is you have Karn in the deck and keeping 2 Mindstones provides a better body when making a construct. 😋

Couldn’t a torment of hailfire for X=7 deal up to 24 damage, because the card says repeat (implying you get one trigger inherently), so you get the initial one and then 7 more?

Legend-- really need to review all those Tutorial deck cards (use E=ANB in Arena to see them-- or use this: scryfall.com/sets/anb). I love the Mardu Outrider 5/5 for 3 CMC and ditch a card creature... he's a warrior too so he will synergize with Zendikar warrior mechanics in the next set.

I don't understand why you don't go bo3 with this kind of decks. You used to do it with the Modern videos, and Historic is closer to Modern than it is to Standard now, you need the sideboard to face the too varied, too extreme meta. This deck is mediocre in bo1, could be amazing in bo3, it would deserve to be portrayed at its best, no? (Also, I really miss your sideboarding considerations, both related to building it and during the match, they were very educational).

What's he going to cut in bo3? Ramp that he needs? Sounds bad. Not to mention once m1 is over they know your gimmick. Pull in all the artifact destruction and counter spells. This kind of deck that literally only has 2 ways to win isn't good in bo3.

While I get that this is an interesting idea for a deck, it is also one of the most boring decks you've ever shown. Almost the entire video is constant ramp/scry/draw until you win or lose. There practically no interaction which is rather dull to watch. I'm saying this to put you down. Most of your content is fantastic, but I think constructive criticism is important.
