The problem is that I got 10 ads in a 37 min from KZbin and his sponsors. He got more sponsors from cards suppliers these days. Its exaggerated.I unsubscribe as he starts to be very grindy. Will still got deck an aerther. Will miss this " see what the deck DOES" with his Flamish accent.

@@alexandrewalnier2313 I always place my ads manually and there's never more than one ad break every 10 minutes. If I let KZbin place ads automatically, they will indeed place many additional ad breaks. So I'm not sure what caused the issue.

the mono black vito match was the most wholesome game of magic I've seen in a while. two fun decks going at it, just doing their thing and playing to their synergies. Not an overwhleming amount of pushed rares being thrown in a pile just cuz they're that good

29:13 Attacking with only the Serpent would have dealt 1 more damage as an outcome 'cause the protection makes it unblockable. You basically gave a free life to the opponent, but after all we all know your heart is big

If you hold full control while placing down the raptor you can cast unbreakable formation, thereby giving a counter to the raptor, then proliferating. 30:13

You can cast Unbreakable Formation in response to Huatli’s Raptor’s proliferate trigger. You still get the counters because you’re still in your main phase. Then you get to include the Raptor in the counter goodness.

30:16 You could've responded to the Raptors trigger by playing Formation to give the rapter a counter too and then prolifirate. (You're still in your main phase so Addendum triggers anyways)

Selesnya is always a fun deck. It is usually a deck that feels fair and looses to a single sweeper. It is most likely one of the weakest colour combinations in MTGA but I like it a lot. I love counters and I love getting even more counters in short combos to overwhelm the enemy. Great deck.

I've found that the +1/+1 counters deck occasionally makes boards wide enough to conquer opponents, but often lacks getting its creatures past efficient removal and other decks that rely on their creatures to win the game. As such I think playing cards like Garruk's Uprising and Pridemalkin which give your creatures trample really enable your growing board state to push damage through. What you landed on seems generally effective as a middle ground between going-wide and getting big though.

Have you considered Guildmages Forum for this deck? It has some extra explosive potential; Turn 1 Pelt, 2 mentor, 3 Forum + Raptor gives you a 7/7 Pelt Collector attacking, plus a 6/7 vigilance. Even just making raptor a 3 mana 4/5 vigilance isn't bad though. I run a slightly more mid-rangey and proliferate focused version of the deck with planeswalkers, so maybe it isn't worth it without the extra proliferate potential.

I made a similar deck recently. It has a 2x Karn's bastions for more proliferate, 2x a creature that proliferates when you play land (name escapes me) and 2x basri ket. Your probably right about Basri so I might change it up.

First version I've seen that does Grateful Apparition and Unbreakable Formation. I never got around to testing one of my own, but Basri's Lieutenant seems like a good card I didn't think of. Before seeing more than the decklist, I'm not too sold on Ugin's Conjurant, would probably have played four hydras and a couple Scavenging Ooze. Maybe the video will prove me wrong :)

i dont think that matters to much as you will lose to a sweeper most of the time anyway, there arent many creatures left in the hand when the opponent reaches 4 mana.

Great deck! Do you think there's a place for Scavenging Ooze in this deck? Not only does it go well with the counter theme, but also gains life and can disrupt the opponent's graveyard synergies.

Chamber sentry is just better than conjurant right? Doesn't have that drawback and can ping stuff. Only thing is you can't play it bigger than a 2/2, but most of the time you would play it as a 1/1 or 2/2 anyway

I disagree about Basri and for my experience I think the +1 ability is better simply because you put the opponent under a 3-turn clock to answer it or lose the game. IDK, being a 3 Mana PW makes it so easy to get his emblem most of times

I just know that I won't resist adding a single Vivien, Arkbow Ranger to this list, I don't care if it's hard to cast (I don't have to cast her on 4 anyway), and I'm not too keen on random companions. It might be free, but I really can't envision a game where Jegantha could be relevant. After a sweeper, casting Jegantha won't change the outcome of the game.

It's a card you really wouldn't want to play on two and there's already enough synergy here for proliferate, better off playing maybe two Scavenging Ooze if you're playing BO1 since it can counter a lot of nonsense
