Yeah, a lot of folks picked up on this as an upgrade to the LED + Narset + Echo combo, since they don't even draw the one card due to Hullbreacher's specific wording. Usually those decks run Urza, which is turned out to be a great way to abuse the Hullbreacher treasure tokens. In one sense, you still want Narset because she can dig for either half of the combo (LED or Echo), but on the other hand, Hullbreacher requiring just U (as opposed to Narset requiring UU) has also made T1 Echo/Mindtwist more consistent.

Thats unfortunate. Legacy is more diverse than folk give it credit for, mainly why i prefer it to Modern. This particular deck (an "anti-deck" if you will) doesnt exemplify something that id personally consider playing based solely on no data vs. Wasteland or FoW.

"It's so funny that while describing why grass is green, that I look outside my house, and my grass is green too!" what's funny about the grass being green?

You could turn it into a draw lock deck. Expensive as they are in paper, chains of mephistopheles + anvil of bogardan lock springs to mind. They're pretty cheap on mtgo too. Maybe squeeze in a few copies of Geier Reach Sanitarium if 4 anvils is consistant enough. Any combination of hullbreacher or chains + anvil or sanitarium will eat away at their hand and will lock them out of drawing once their hand is empty.

Killer deck as always. The only tweak I can think of that might make it better would be to cut Thopterist. I try to watch what cards are in play or in hand in game losses and this card seems to be pulling the least weight. Something else like Urza might be better. It is only one mana more, is still un-counterable, makes a beefier blocker that can also beat down, still effectively draws, and turns all the sac cheerios into permanent mana producers. The extra mana could be huge for faster hard cast Echoes, Karn, and SB from Karn.
