@@doktorwyvern2883 tbh, in Legacy I see Op Agent as healthy. In EDH, specifically casual, it is probably less healthy. Great for competitive though, even just one copy shuts down Thoracle and Food Chain combo lines unless they top deck the combo pieces. As a side note, it even stops the old Flash lines. I think it is a little too oppressive to offer additional value by letting you steal your opponents' cards and play them, but allowing you to control the Tutor targets and exile them instead is pretty sweet on its own. It's a more interesting, although slightly more problematic, version of Surgical Extraction or Praetor's Grasp.

I remember reading an article from WotC, a story of a competitive match Top 8, I forget the format and year, but it involved Grindstone. Basically the pro player activated it and nuked the entire deck because it just so happened the cards were shuffled in such a manner that it just kept repeating and lead to so much salt.

I think the card advantage generated from echo in your last deck was more devastating than even an emrakul swing. Maybe go for land lock with wastelends etc and scheming symmetry?

I dont have enough experience with Legacy to suggest cards, but the Once Upon A Time felt a little bit lackluster, and very feel bad with Lotus Petal (both the fact that you have to use it to cast it, and that you kind of want to drop it asap to pay for stuff like daze). While that deck was a spicy one, I feel like that the turbo Show and Tell part of the deck is waaaaaay better than the Hullbreacher/Agent/Chalice part. It may not have the meme factor, but cutting the Agent/Hullbreacher/Chalice/OUaT stuff for Veil of Summer, cantrips, and maybe Sneak Attack seems to be the way to go. Going Veil with Force/Daze backup into cheating Omniscience/Griselbrand into play just crushes blue decks with far greater consistency while having more game against the rest of the field.

Literally unless it's a snow Uro deck, your deck doesn't stop any fetching or card draw. Also it's funny that you wanted plague engineer so badly but didn't include any ponders or brainstorm to actually FIND the plague engineer, which is why Legacy ISN'T boring. People always claim Legacy's power level is what balances it, but the real reason cards like Hogaak didn't take over Legacy when they did for Modern is because it's a lot easier to find surgical extraction or something similar out of your 60 card pile by the end of turn one in Legacy.
