With the limited space you have upstairs, you created a simplistic layout that allows you to use anything you want ie: Prewar, Postwar, Modern, or TMCC1 or TMCC2 Legacy. It suits all different kinds of trains. There’s nothing better. Great Job Nick!

The upper loop looks great! It gives the whole layout so much more depth and visual interest. Having a simple loop is good because you can just set a train to run and not have to worry about it much. Nicely done, and I look forward to the scenery tutorials.

I love a nice simple loop without switches, just pure train running fun. I like how you did the supports too. Nice update 👍

Looks great Nick! I just added a Viaduct to my layout and it was challenging! I also used 1&1/4 inch dowling for my stantions and they worked out great.

Very impressed Nick! i am currently in the panning stages of my layout and always look to you for the information I'll need. I have prewar flyer and postwar & modern Lionel. i want two levels so i can run conventional and legacy. i think a simple oval won't complicate the layout as much now as i was planning a dog bone on top. Keep up the great work, your layout looks fantastic!

Thanks so much for watching and for the kind words! Layouts are never truly finished haha. That’s Awesome! This is just a simple fix until I build an entirely new layout in the future.

Looking good Nick We would all like to have a elaborate second level, but like another commentor said it usually causes trouble, When you get it all decked out it's gonna look great.

Hi Nick you should really try to bridge plywood or the like between your peirs plus a few more screws In custom cut ply supports on your weak spots!!! Sort of a profile type bridge!! Be Well happy RRing!

That’s not a bad suggestion, possibly in the near future. It’s extremely strong.

Hey Nick. Great video! Having a loop with out any switches is a great idea! Nice and simple works best. Are you powering the loop with the same source as the line going through town? Or is it on a different block? Great job on hiding the wires!!
@NixCrossing2 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! The loop is on a separate power supply with its own TPC unit, but all its working with the remote 🚂💨 I used a lock-on up top to be used as a power indicator 😬👍🏻
