I found this song on some Netflix movie about a couple people riding bikes down precarious mountains. I turned it on because I thought John might like it. We were together for 25 years and he was dying from lung cancer. I was holding his hand. I played it all day every day after he died. That was 3 months ago. Getting hard to listen to it now. usually when i find a song that moves me like this one does, it comes on randomly on pandora so all i have to go off is the sound and the words, and as such i have a particular feeling associated with the song, then when i find the music video in takes the magic away somehow because it feels too real and less hopeful.
