Thanks for your enquiry. When you are connected to the Internet using your MTN Midi or router and it shows connected but without Internet ( that is, you are not able to browse), the problem might be no data or invalid data. Please check your data balance and try adding additional data

Please help me respond to this questions: 1.. From which country did you get the SIM you are using 2.. From which country did you get the MIFI/Router you are using 3.. If both 1 and 2 are from the same country, can you use a different SIM on the mifi/ Router to see if it will identify the SIM instead of showing UNKNOWN SIM? PLEASE I WAIT FRO YOUR RESPONSE. THANKS

Please sir how can I connect my Mtn router to my phone, because after turning the router on my phone will see the router wifi but once I type in the password which is (admin) the green on on my phone that shows connect for me to click doesn't come up for me to click and connect using my phone... please why is it like that?

Ho can you connect your phone to the router? Turn on the router... On your phone , turn on tour wifi. Identify the router ssid and connect to it using the router wifi key. Please note that the wifi key is different from admin password.
