Yes. It comes with a SIM. When you buy the Router, you register the SIM that comes with it. Then buy and load small data on it . And make at least a call with the SIM to avoid the SIM being blocked by NCC. Then the 120gb free data will be activated..

Please which device are you using MTN Mifi or MTN Router? If it is Mifi, then there is nothing except to take it to any MTN Office for assistance. But if it is MTN Router, you can search for my video on how to connect using LAN cable and you will be able to resolve it. Please let me know if I have been able to assist..

Check and be sure that there is no physical damage on the Router that has affected the power supply to the MTN Router
