I just turned 80 this year and had a penile implant done almost 25 years ago. My research indicated that the life expectancy of the hardware is 15-20 years. Here lately I've been experiencing a burning pain in my penis. Is it likely that the reservoir is leaking and the saline (salt) solution is causing the burn. If so am I a good candidate for a replacement??
