FYI Caution ! squeeze as much fluid out of your prosthesis and into your Reservoir before using a vacuum. Do Not engage your prosthesis Before or During your vacuum session. This will give stretch to penile tissues and less chance of erosion (breakage) of your prosthesis.. Thundersplace discussion. Talking to you directly helped a lot. Thank you doctor P. 😉☺❤

I am a 100% service connected disabled vet and have ED as well as gleason 6 protate cancer . I have been told not to worry about the minimally invasive cancer. I have had several biopsies and only the most recent showed this diagnosis. I am 74 and have a young wife. I had a roter ruter prostate surgery to stop urinary infection, which worked. The VA offered to put in the pump but i have a fear of them doing it. I have been following your tutorials and feel comfortable with your expertise. I do humanitarian work for children all over the world, med clinics and literacy projects with Rotary and the Knights of Rizal. I would like to b a good partner to my wife and of course myself. Penile implants don't necessarily restore size lost to atrophy. This is one of the reasons why it's important to act quickly if you have ED, especially if prescriptions don't work. Time lost is length and girth lost.

@@DrPaulPerito I wish my surgeon would have explained that to me in the beginning. It almost feels like this procedure was pointless. He claims that he had to put in 28.5 cm (24 cm with 4.5 cm ext). But I will be good if I see 3-4 inches. I truly dont understand this at all. I was never small in that department. It just grew from small to bigger. now it does nothing.

II have an implant and asked my doc to go for the max length he thought was safe, which was around 2 cm longer than my normal length. I used vacuum before but not after. You need to take it slowly for the first few months but then put up with some discomfort, but the end result is great. I added a full inch to length. The implant will be way more effective than the vacuum after implantation at adding length.

I have a mentor 3 PC implant I also got a p shot and the told me to use a vaccum pump twice daily ten minutes each time do you think the p shot. Will do me any good with corpora cavernosa parcely removed

The Dr put a sling in when she did the implant. It stopped the urination.

Also, it's been 7 yrs now, and I have tried a pump, which only firms, does not increase length. A little discomfort with the rings, however, it helps to shave down there. I have also lost much of the drive for sex. Not sure if it is from the surgery or just from the aggregvations of the processes now. Either way, I've tried the blue pills and the white pills, and they do seem to cause some stir down there, but no results. I'm really tired of trying for any more improvement. Sex is not impossible, but will never be the same again. Just know, that in my opinion, implant surgery may be the better option after prostrate removal , and will restore some of your erection issues, but I wouldn't get visions of the bionic man! Size will be disappointing, and there will be adjustments and discovery along the way, for you, as well as your partner. Get educated beforehand so you can be prepared.
