The first question mentioned that his penis retracted a lot when flacid. I hear mixed things about what causes it. Is it the lack of blood flow when stressed and the contraction of smooth muscle (dartos)? If you are implanted, will the smooth muscle still pull inward and constrict around the cylinders while it's trying to retract?

Not huge but above average in length and large in girth. I would especially hate to lose the girth with an implant

Mine is only 2.5 " long and is internal when placid. what would you sugest, and are thes expensive

I have an average penis and would love to get a penile implant. One other problem that I face is PE. Can't last long !

Hello. I’m about 7 weeks post op. So I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. I can tell you I believe the cost was around 6500 BUT I’m diabetic so most was covered by my insurance. I still have like $1700 I need to play but can make payments on that.
