Chaz and her partners have done a great job. a beautiful and peaceful place. these successes come smoothly when as diaspora, you 'immerse' yourself in the 'cultural context' of the country (in Africa). Again its helpful to have good citizens of the country on your side. networking and teamwork. Did anyone hear Tim respond on instinct, (10:05) 'lawsuit in Ghana;good luck with that! For Ghanaians this immediately tells us Tim has really 'imbibed' the useful, good and interesting nuances of the culture.

Africa her own property rights based on our philosophy of ownership. That is what you don't understand. Secondly, who told you Ghana doesn't offer citizenship?? Here is the problem: African Americans aren't historically a people who migrate to other countries. So I understand that this whole thing about relocating to Africa is new to you. Other people who have been migrating for centuries and decades are very familiar with citizenship laws and that African citizenship laws were basically handed down to us from western ones. There is basically nothing you go through in your attempts for citizenship in Africa that we don't go through trying to get citizenship in England, US or Saudi Arabia.

There are AFRICAN countries that offer citizenship and Western style property rights, which is where I will move to. Ghana does NOT have a clear path to citizenship, unlike the US and many other countries. There are over 20k+ diaspora from the West and only 200 have been granted citizenship. We aren't good enough for Ghana, but our money is. I'd call that a slap in the face as there's probably 200 immigrants in one quadrant of one city in the US that have naturalized. So, no you don't go through the same thing. Stop gaslighting the ill-informed. You sir, should research before you speak as you clearly don't know the property laws of ANY African nation outside of Ghana. I've did the research, so either you're lying or clueless.
