Brother Tim Swain has an ability to zero in on important questions that a potential customer has, great job Tim. House prices in Ghana is on the rise and for that location is a descent price,it cannot get any lower than that given the demand and location.

Hey Tim, this is Sbu from South Africa. I know for a fact you will visit us some day. I sent you an email about pepaing fo 2030 you moving to Ghana is no accident its God assigned for a special pupose. You have been called to call African Ameicans out of the danger that is being prepared for them in the near future. What's coming in 2030 will ake AA's the fist victims It will make 2020 look like kindegaden. All effort must be focused accelerated and concentrated. No group of people moves from one place to anther individualistically . AA's will be a great help to Ghana if they operate as one solid community with focused and concentrated efforts.

I have done research and found out 2030 will be crazy. I have planned to leaving for Ghana in 2029, and people ask me why that particular date. They have no idea

@@thefreelancepatriot58 Great stuff bro but the 7 years will feel like 7 Months, it will happen too quickly. What you need to do now is start investing you dollar into Ghana by 1st visiting to explore buying property. Hook come with Tim on how to do that safely. I am not Ghanaian neither do I live in Ghana but saying this for you best interest.

That's very cheap for beachfront living in America what does nothing for a Gambia people other than to build them and clean them like we do here in the US . Plus the average American certainly Black American can I pull out 200,000 in cash. Here in the US we are used to a own nothing financing society🤔

Ghanaian lands are over priced! A country with no simple standard infrastructure from metro line connections within Accra environment no road connectivity or subway but they sale lands for millions of dollars is not an encouraging for people and foreign investors

U want all land in ghana to be cheap so there are no more lands right? Even me as a Ghanaian I bought my land at an expensive price because of location. Buying Land is all about location nd the potential of that area. It's common sense.

If you go further out, the land is very, and I mean very cheap...but in time when roads are paved and houses are built, the prices will increase.
