Hello, I have a question about MTT data analysis, so we have one complete set as one replicate and hence, 3 replicates (3-separate 96 well plates), so for statistical analysis I have to normalize the OD values for that specific control set for that individual plate or we can normalize every plate individually and then can do the stats?
