Another thing, I was wondering if you could explain how to search for realistic qualifications for me. I don't understand why they say, "request this qualification again". Thanks

Qualifications are a tough one. I would wait until you are a little higher on approved HITs maybe 1000 or so before we dive into that since many requesters want someone who has done a bunch of HITs for their approved workforce. On the request again can you give me an example of a HIT where you see that note?

MTurk Guide I receive them for all the "Qualifications Assigned to you". If I look under "All Qualifications", I don't know which ones are worth doing. I appreciate your help.

Hi - I understand. The Qualifications Assigned To You are quals that you hold so I would suggest not dealing with those or re-requesting them because you already have them. If you are wanting to find new quals I would suggest looking in the All HITs list and see why you don't qualify for HITs you might be interested in. If you can take a test for the qual, then do that. Otherwise you may need to complete more HITs or other quals that just come with time on the system. You can also look through All Qualifications tab but I think there is just too much stuff there and some quals are just old and outdated. This video has an example of one qualification that I believe everyone should have (as an example) kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIjKg5uliJ58as0 I will always call out good qualifications here or on the FB page. Great vlog! I'm averaging $10 a week. Am I doing something wrong? What did you average in your first months? I have about 300 hits because I'm new. Best wishes

Hi. When I first started I was making like $20 per week. I really didn't know what I was doing and I was not using scripts. Once I started using scripts my earnings jumped up to over $100 per week on average. Do you use scripts? Are you auto accepting using TM or PC? At 300 you will want to keep building your numbers but with caution to preserve a high approval percentage. Are you US based? Give me an example of HITs that you consistently do. If you can answer some of those questions it will help me give you some ideas to help!

Have you been doing PicsFromAbove recently? You need to request a qualification but it is auto granted. The current campaign is 1556.

Hi Clifford & Grayson - I think I talked a bit about this at the end of the video but slow for me ended yesterday. Before yesterday I was working surveys and PicsFromAbove. Yesterday I worked OCMP5 (qual needed), PicsFromAbove and Zoltar. I always use HITScraper to grab random surveys too. Hope that helps!

I have a question for you. I am noticing sometimes that if I accept many hits from the same requester, as I am working through them I sometimes get an error that states "You have exceeded the maximum allowed page request rate for this website". I usually just keep going and it still works, but sometimes I have do hits over. Have you encountered this error? You think it is an MTurk issue or a Chrome issue?

Hi Melodie. This is a Turk issue and not necessarily an issue but more of a design to throttle the HITs and allow everyone to get some. If you take a look at this video it should cover the basics kzbin.info/www/bejne/gHibia2fgJeWh68 Let me know if that helps!

Is there any way to make at least $10.00 a day with just 300 task that has been approved, and how does script make a differents of making more money?

Hi Charlotta - I think $10 a day is doable with 300 tasks but you definitely want to be building your numbers up in a safe way because more HITs will be available to you as you hit milestones like 500, 1000, 5000 and 10000 approved. As you hit milestones it gets a bit easier each time to find work. Scripts make working easier in general. I believe that having either Turkmaster or Panda Crazy is required since these will help you auto accept work without you having to stop what you are working on. HITScraper is a tool (but implemented like script) that helps you find work when you can't find it in the task list. Then there are scripts that make certain HITs easier/faster like Zoltar. In the end the less time you spend hunting for HITs and more time working on HITs is more money. Also when you have HITs, the quicker you can do them while maintaining high quality work is more money. Overall it really just makes you more efficient. The other piece is that without scripts and tools there are HITs passing right by that you will never see on the task list because so many workers are using auto accept tools and they are scooping them up before other people even see them!
