The new intro strays away from the RTL hirado inspiration while still staying high quality which I like but I miss the 2020 theme

¡Nunca pensé que el Híradó de MTV tuviera tan rica historia! La intro 2000-2002 me encantó y también todo lo que vino después. Distinto entre sí, pero también distinto a las tendencias contemporáneas. Eso si, desde 2015 siento que se interumpió la evolución y quedó estancada en imitar a otros. Cerré los ojos y pensé que estaba viendo el Híradó de RTL Klub!

Note that the "Híreink Tartalmából" or "Híradásunk Tartalmábol" means "News Headlines"! Also, the numbers on the colour variant of later variant of 1964 intro are the edition numbers (e.g. 3 means late edition)!

After hearing it more, I can see some resemblance to Russia 1 Vesti in terms of style, and I think that it's a truly good intro. The problem comes when compared to the previous one - I feel that it's a downgrade even though it's not bad at all.

@@souvikrc4499The font used in those intros *is* Frutiger (in Heavy weight, I think). Even though the Frutiger font was designed in the 1970s, it still looked fresh and modern in the 2000s.

Back Then, Híradó Was Only Aired On MTV1/M1 As An Entertainment Format. When M1 Is Shifted As An News Channel, Híradó Will Continue To Air On M1, But It Will Continue To Simulcast On Duna And Duna World Respectively. Some Híradó Intros Was Also Aired On M2 As An Entertainment Alternative Format Until 2012, When It Will Become As An Kids Channel During The Day And An Petőfi Block At Night.

The entire Hungarian public television sector became pozzed since 2015, probably from a complete rework due to RTL and TV2 being a pressure valve on its popularity.

Current (March 2024 - present) M1 Híradó turned M1 into a Russia 1 and Perviy Kanal Rossiya like news channel due to its choice of Alex Saloid's orchestral music composition like for its intro. Not a downgrade though, but it needs time to like the "VGTRK Vesti-influenced" orchestral news intro of M1 Híradó.

I wouldn’t say latest intro is “bad”, but by the M1 standard it’s still quite “mediocre”, especially the choice of music. I think what really brought the latest intro down is the “HÍRADÓ” icon at the end

The acronym of Hungary's nationwide television channel Magyar Televízió is MTV that was owned by its government and was launched in 1957, its acronym is confusing in Hungary because the another MTV channel that its acronym stands for Music Television that this channel was owned by Paramount and was created in America arrived in the country in 2007 and Magyar Televízió sued Music Television because of their same acronyms

Another different 'MTV' TV channel that is Finland's nationwide is MTV3 that this channel is owned by MTV Oy because its acronym existed and it was launched in 1957 that was a programming block of YLE and it was a television channel in 1993 and Finland's MTV channel that was launched in 1957 stands for Mainostelevisio

Yes it was launched in 1999 until it ceased its transmissions in 2022 and it was replaced by MTV Global in the country

9:58 These are some of the finest news idents I have ever seen. Nice mellow music, clean and subtle graphics, good use of the Frutiger font. They’re not “in your face” compared to the ones used afterwards, and they kind of have a Scandinavian look to them (maybe it’s the gradients, that remind me of contemporary Swedish/Norwegian TV idents).

I think, that their graphics are great and comparable to TVP's newscasts, but, in 1990s, it passed Poland in the graphics, I like their 1994 and 2000 intros, especially latter's earth animation showing sunrise and sunfall. Congrats, our friendly brothers from other side of Slovakia!
