The Trial f2p Mualani of the theatre is my highest damage in the current cycle. She did 420k+ at level 80 and with level 80 craftable weapon with that lol! Truly amazing character and personality.

I pulled her b/c she’s one of my favorite VA’s. (Cassandra Lee Morris is fantastic). Didn’t know that the character is amazing. A week later her skill does 140K+ per hit, and burst does 200K+, even without buffs. Still need to finish leveling her, her talents, and her weapon. Also need artifacts with LESS crit rate. Super weird.

The Shield, resistance shred, geo resonance (as good as hydro resonance for Mualani), 40% elemental dmg boost. I pulled for Mualani because I absolutely love her (also voiced by one of my favourite actors ever). Still building her, though. But for me, she’s worth it just for the exploration utility and I didn’t have any other hydro hypercarry. So win. Either way, love the video Sevy, great intro as usual. Please keep up the great work. Genshin really doesn’t feel complete for me without your guides either.

Mualani's banner is done. I have upgraded her skill talent to 7, her obsidian artifacts are optimized. She and her f2p weapon are lv90. She's by no means full power, but I have her at a comfortable 100k per surging bite. She's my hardest hitting character. But most importantly, she's one of the most fun characters I ever used. She is by no means _Natlan only._ She's helping me explore a lot of Sumeru and Fontaine actually. The little tracking orbs are nothing to snuff at, and her burst is great for proccing hyperblooms. You can use her in so many ways aside from forward vapes, but that's definitely her intended use, and she is just fantastic at it. Just incredibly satisfying.

Got lucky and have been zooming around the world map completing my travel points and doing various collections. I also love that her Japanese voice is Lyria from Granblue Fantasy.

I've never been on the fence so much when it comes to pulling a character. Mualani's current teammates feel so scuffed with Xianling being the best option of a bad bunch. I think I'm going to wait to see what Mavuika's kit looks like and if it's synergistic, I'll pull Mualani on her rerun.

@@NewWave3313 the "new" 50/50 is not well understood, it is to save people with bennet's luck lets say you lose 50/50 once, you get 1 stack of this new thing then you win your earned 100/0 the game gives you 1 more chance to win the 50/50 on your own lets say you lose the 50/50 again, you get a second stack and it turns on next time you earn your 100/0, the next 50/50 if you lose it, during the animation, theres a 50% chance the new special pity saves you IF IT DOESNT, after your 100/0 guaranteed, the next 50/50 will actually be a 100/0 GUARANTEED banner 5 star (you either win the 50/50, or you lose it, but theres a 100% chance of the new pity system saving you so you get it either way) Being saved by this new pity system OR winning a 50/50 resets this counter For the new pity system to be guaranteed, you might need to pull a 5 star a total of 7 TIMES all of them losing 50/50s back to back. Its pathetic. lets assume your bennet luck makes you get a 5 star at exactly 90 pulls. that makes it 630 PULLS before you get to see the new pity animation. Ho. Ly. Fuck.

For circlet if you have her signature weapon hp circlet is almost always the best. With her having crit ascension stat, crit stat from artifact's set bonus, granting her crit chance baseline and a good amount of critdaamge from the weapon. Making amping up the hp to increase her base damage more valuable, unless you have bad artifacts, but then you should not be using the new set yet. Xianling has another weakness you did not mention in her long rotation of 20s for a main dps with 0nly 5 seconds cooldown on her skill. Basically, she was designed with a character that has not been released yet in mind. Likely the archon and you will want that character if you are wishing for her, so make sure to save for it.

For my Crystalize reaction, I use my tank, c1 Noelle. She triggers the reaction while healing the entire party with her charged skill attack. Her DEF is now over 1400 at lv70. 😁

Thank you for explaining the difference between forward vape and reversed vape since I thought they were the same thing I'm pretty satisfied with her gameplay and her kit since I have a used for my C1 Dehya with Emilie. The team I'm using with her is Dehya Emilie and Baizhu, and her damage when she vape does around 170k.

I was pulling for Kachina and somehow got Mualani by happenstance. So far I've built her with a reverie and berserker set to get her crit rate up. I've teamed her up with Xianglin, Deyha, and Baizhu. Once I test the team out, I might swap Bai for YaoYao for faster dendro application. Once I learned she's good for forward vaporize, I was sad that I didn't try to pull for Emilie. I though she would be perfect with Deyha out of the gate but wasn't sure what she could be used for outside that combo for her perfume turret lantern thing.

Personally, I like Giving her the Lost prayer to the Sacred Winds, not only because she can fully use the passive(By the time she does her first attack it's likely stacked up a bit), but Because that little 10% Speed Boost Stacks while she's on her Sharky, so she is by FAR the Fastest Character to get around the world with! Also, always Critting with no real Effort into getting Crit Rate Substats is a Lazy fun way to go about building her(Especially while we're still early in Natlan and haven't had time to Hyper-Optimize Building her with the new sets yet). I'm not saying it's THE Best option of course, but it IS a useful one! Also, *GASP*! How dare you not even mention Jean in the Section where you're talking about Anemo! She can Double as VV Applier and Super Duper healer!

I pulled up to 70 for Emilie last patch before I changed my mind, then I did a 10 pull on Mualani and got 2! (insane luck on my part considering my average pity was ~71 with 30 characters from the character banner alone, and my 50/50 winrate was 25%) Now I've very very stupidly gotten myself into the weapon banner though, I got kazuha's at 70 and I'm now 20 into it for her weapon, I wish I could go back in time to stop myself, I can't exactly skip Xilonen or Mavuika since they're both likely to be very good for her, and in general will be amazing for many teams.

I'm using Mualani, Emilie, and Dehya, it took me a while to decide on the last slot but i think healer Furina is the best for now, i wish there was an off-field pyro applier that healed, than i could replace Dehya and add Nahida.

This is my team for overworld, daily tasks, ley lines and domains. The last slot is very flexible and if you can finish fights fast, you don't need a healer or a shielder, so you can put Neuvillette for Hydro resonance (more HP benefits Mualani, Neuvillette and Dehya) or Arlecchino for Pyro resonance and if the enemy has Hydro resistance/immunity.

I use Kirara with the Key to get EM for my Mualani. Kirara just need to hit the enemy with her skill 3 times in order the get the EM buff, and my Kirara is full HP build. Because it's difficult to get EM for Mualani from artifact substats when trying to focus on getting HP% and Crts. Kirara has to carry that burden. As for Pyro, Im using Dehya but I never liked her skill, like you said in the video. I might go for Xiangling with the Catch and Kazuha with Xiphos of even Bennett for battery and heal.

Hey! Just wanted to ask if a C6 diona would be viable? I think in AoE scenarios it could be a little meh but the 200 em buff with c6 as well as consolidating as a healer and shielder feels really useful. Also since one of her best in slot weapons is favonious warbow, wouldnt that also help with Xianglings Er needs?

What I hate about her is playing her in boss Scara's first phase. Like it's so hard to stack up her skill, what I do is to wait for it to be petrified or just stack through his hands. Also when the stack is full she might oright not deal damage to him because her attack at full stack won't reach Scara.

Do you have any artifact set recommendations if I’m running Dehya as my pyro applicator alongside Emilie for burning? I have her at c0 since I just got my first Dehya from the character selector so I initially had intended to build her as a support on the tenacity set, but the attack buff doesn’t really seem to be super beneficial in Mualani teams. What other sets could I run on Dehya? I know deepwood is an option if I wanted to provide dendro resistance for Emilie and vourokasha’s glow is an option to provide more personal damage on Dehya, but are there any good supportive sets that could be beneficial for the whole team? 5 star sets would be preferable since I don’t really keep any of my 4 or 3 star artifacts. Thanks so much! Loved the guide btw! Your videos are always so helpful!

There is no good support artifact set for Dehya/Mualani... so, i'll give you a very crazy idea. Don't do this: You can use the Natlan support set for 12% Elemental DMG Bonus + 6 Energy orbs. - And i tested this with Dehya (Natlan set) + Kachina (no set) + Emilie/Kokomi (i don't have Mualani). 12% Dendro (or Hydro) + 12% Pyro for the team. Better than nothing (maybe not... who knows?). Other than that, you can buff her Burgeon DMG (Flower of paradise lost or Crimson Witch). You can also use Golden Troupe or Unfinished Reverie if you don't want to farm her BIS sets.
