Me and my roommate go to the same gym but we dont really have dedicated clinch class. Do you have any suggestions for clinch partner drills me and my friend can do? We know the basic positions, but we aren't advanced enough to feel like we know what we're doing in clinch sparring. So i was wondering if there were anything like situational clinch sparring drills we can do. Thanks!!

Hey! Thanks for the comment- The first three sections of the video are meant to serve as warm up drills that you can use to help improve ypur clinch game. That's how we start our clinch classes and they serve as the basis of all wrestling. Positioning, movement (balance breaking) and escapes. The other drills we do in class depend on what the curriculum entails. Feel free to message me on IG and I can send you some clips of our class or tag me to review some of your clinch videos with your buddy.
