Thank you Ying and Top for showing us this Muay Thai gym! Looks like a great gym. If I do move to Bangkok next year I would be interested in doing martial arts again. I've studied Wing Chun for 4 years and Bak Me Kung Fu before here in UK. Martial arts are also good to keep fit, reduce stress and meet people.

Nice facility Ying. Your sister and your friend really got a thorough workout.😅Interesting about the instructors. My friend is an instructor at FaMA in Singapore. He moved there from California after getting his blackbelt in Brazilian Jujitsu. Small world and even smaller in the Martial Arts world. Top still kicked and punched very well even if she hasn't practiced in awhile.🥋😁

Cool Gym with very good trainers I was the same place 2 months ago Buakaw train also there sometimes and many Elite fighters from ONE Championships, I like Ying she is a classy elegant lady and has good vibes and atitude
