Thanks for the video. I have been training Muay Thai for over two years and I will be going for the first time to a Thai camp. I plan to train every day. Really looking forward to it. Keep up the great work on these videos

@@josh.onthemove thanks, mate. Are you still in Thailand? And do you happen to have experience with esim by any chance? I am looking to get an esim, but im not sure of a provider tbh
@josh.onthemove3 ай бұрын
I’ve always bought a sim from a provider in Thailand and then used that, better packages and value in my experience. You can convert your current sim from home to an ESIM on your phone and keep both numbers active 👍🏻

Hey buddy, Very good effort here. I'm not a Muay Thai guy but you kept me interested throughout. I wonder if a series is in order here taking us though a lesson or lessons. Explaining basic techniques/kicks/punches. Showing us the different aspects of training in Muay Thai. All the best. Glad to see you got out of Phuket.

Thanks! Some gyms do offer it but quite often you’ll get paired up with people of similar abilities and practice with the same intensity as each other. Otherwise private 1:1 sessions are a good option :)

Yeah they’ll never force you to spar and if they didn’t think you were ready they would tell you that. Otherwise using the bag would defo be fine

This is really great perspective for someone who is thinking of doing something similar. Could you share some insights on what you evaluate and how you evaluate a gym for your needs. What do you consider, and how would you recommend others to evaluate a gym for their goals?
@josh.onthemove3 ай бұрын
@@yzm2065 thanks for the comment! I’d consider the things I mentioned in the video and the most important things for me are feeling comfortable in the gym, it wasn’t a tourist trap, and that it’s catered for all levels, not just pros 👊🏻
