Mine was the SWAT rifle. The rear sight is built into the unity riser mount. Love these videos by the way.

Did your department issue that rifle or is it a home brew? I know a lot of small towns have guys running their personal rifles on duty or offer it as an option. Honestly if I was in that situation I think I'd go with SOLGW because if you end up using the rifle in the line of duty(or home defense for that matter) they'll send you a replacement while your rifle is in the evidence locker. I don't know of any other company who openly offers that service. PLUS you get a life time warranty on your barrel so whenever you shoot it out send it in and they'll replace it for free. I'm guessing BCM would also take care of you and imo the owners of both SOLGW and BCM have very good values. They both support law enforcement/military and they support prepared citizens. I've heard good things about Adams Arms though, how do you like it?

@@armorers_wrench it’s agency issued. But guys can use personal rifles. And I have not had any issues so far. The recoil is a little heavy for 556 though but not unmanageable. It’s nice because Adam’s arms is in our county.

I regret buying a jakl. I love my pmk type 3 ak that’s polish. Very solid gun, cold hammer forged barrel that’s non chrome lined, milled receiver. Next my jra polish akm is fun. My go to rifle is my urgi. That thing is the best ar upper I have ever had…

Would like to hear what it is that you don't like about the jakl? There is quite a bit of controversy going around on KZbin right now about that firearm.

@@donh6177 to me it’s just cheap, now I do like the barrel, that’s accurate and good. But the gas block seems kinda cheap, my bolt is showing wear after just 200 rounds. The stock is very wobbly. The gun is very front heavy and all I have on is Daniel defense iron sights. I’m also not a fan of how the front trunnion is just held in place with the barrel by a bolt that’s loctite. I’d prefer if they just pinned it somehow like an akm. Overall it’s a cool range toy, but again the urgi comes first…

Very cool to see the variety this week and to see that AKs were well represented. Really enjoyed seeing the AKs that were modded out especially the Arsenal. Learning alot from this series. I had never seen the wrap for the wire AK stock, found it online and have already ordered one. Also had never seen the ranger wraps great idea if your looking to put a stock black optic on a build done in fde or green. Great video this week! I can imagine that this series is keeping you pretty busy doing editing! Keep up the great content!!!
