Sorry if someone else let you know that the plural of deer is.....wait for it, deer. Many moons ago my father corrected me on this as we drove past a deer farm in the upper Hunter Valley in NSW. Australia. They have very high fences to keep the deer inside. Thank you for your videos, I’m loving them and I’m very envious. I wish I was there too. I’ve been trying to find out if a visitor to London is able to apply for a permit. I have not seen anything referring to non residents, and I have seen the different kinds of permits etc. if you happen to have any idea about this, I’d be very grateful. I’m going to keep on searching online so please don’t go out of your way. Anyway , once again, thanks so so much for your wonderful videos and the information you seek out. I just love finding out the stories behind the finds. Take care and stay happy. All my best xox secret squirrel aka eve xox

I love your videos. You have a very similar sensibility as I do and the things you find interesting and weird and beautiful are exactly the same things as me. I love your dry wry wit and you just have such a calming and charming way about you. Thank you for sharing your Thames adventures and for taking the same joy in “a good pipe extraction” as I would. Cheers, Michele

I am so utterly jealous - it must be amazing to live in a country with such history! I’m a Canuck, so there’s not truly anything like this here. If I ever visit my lovely friends over in England, this will definitely be something I will be doing! Love the videos!! ❤️

I thought I was the only nut to walk along rivers and pick up "junk".. love your video , so interesting, I can't believe the age of some of your treasures, mine are not nearly that old. I'm in the U.S. and grew up along boundry waters.. always looking for a "dump" pile and river glass... so much fun. Thanks for sharing your talent and wonderful expertise.

Whoah. Just had the most disoriented experience. I worked today, and absolutely exhausted,I started watching Si-Find’s latest video(9/11/22), but fell asleep sitting up. Woke up and this Tideline video was playing, and it was Mr Crabs. I would remember Mr. Crabs,he was totally unfamiliar. I was confused, having fogging woken up! Turns out,my phone automatically started playing this video while I was dozing, and it’s gotta be one of the few vids of yours that I haven’t seen, from 5 years ago. Now that I am awake proper,I’ll zip back to the beginning, and view it,then finish watching Si’s video too. Hope you are doing well. Difficult week for your nation among nations.❤️

I like the art you create with your finds. I live near a river called Pend Orielle in Washington State USA. Not that that is mudlarking but anyway......). It's amazing to see people poking around their back yards in the UK and going "ho hum - another bit of Roman pottery........" I'm very envious......... :)

Absolutely fascinating video; thank you so much for making/posting it. "No crabs were harmed during the making of this film." HAHAHAHAHA! Brilliant. I really enjoyed your cormorant as well. My dear late mother spent the last 8 years of her life in a nursing home, which overlooked the harbor here in my home town. Due to a brain injury from a horrendous car crash, her memory wasn't all that great. When I visited her she would point to a passing cormorant and ask: "What is the name of those... those... black flappers?" Every time I see a cormorant now, I think of my dear mom and think "black flapper". Thank you.

Great finds girl. Sorry we never saw you descending and ascending that ladder. Plenty of fossils in that grey rock at Battersea. wormy type things. You left a copper coney thingy near that second button you retrieved. You missed a few thins. You had you pipe bowl eyes on I take it. No rude words on that penny either. You could make a bob or two selling one of those sea urchin fossils you know. That was indeed a rose farthing by the way. That olde ship looked like a good fixer up project. You had great fun I assume. Lucky sod.
