You speak French beautifully. My daughter really loved French immersion for all of her elementary and high school years, she went to Paris in high school. It was as though it was meant to be her first language. My son, not so much. But learning a new language is difficult, I’m not sure if I could do it . The French language is so beautiful, and you lived in Paris! Mon Dieu! 😂 I enjoyed your video very much, but I always love watching your adventures. ❤

Hi Nicola. Sorry about the horrible weather in the UK. I've lived in central Romania since 2010 and it's 30.6C today with only a few small clouds in the sky. Forecast is much the same for next two weeks with the lowest temperature being 24C. However, we do get quite a lot of evening thunderstorms when the heat builds up but they're usually short lived and only produce 2-5mm of rain.

Watching Christine inserting new stones in the cockerel brooch reminded me of my Mum who used to make jewellery many years ago. She would buy the mounts and all the stones at a wonderful craft shop in Wallingford, spend hours in the evening sticking stones into the mounts and then selling them on her stall at local craft fairs.

i did catch the miss on the clay pipe steam. but i seen something alittle earlier then that. at the time of 7:32. you find a glass button. but it looks like a zippo lighter on the ground as well. not sure could be a rock. but by golly it looks so much like a zippo. love your videos.

I’m a wee bit late watching this, with Covid2! It’s doing the rounds in Melbourne again. I wondered what all the noise overhead was about?!? You happened to be right under it! What a lovely lots of trinkets you and Oscar found today. He found some lovely bits n bobs, as did you. That tiny bra clip thing we call “hooks and eyes” down here in Oz. I doubted the guns authenticity. So many coins? You could string them up together and wear them with a gypsy or harem outfit. The beads were really pretty as were the buttons. C U again soon. ❤️😊🦘🇦🇺

The day looked just right for mudlarking Nicola. And some good finds to boot. The highlight of this lark though were the clips of the geese and their beautiful little brood and the fox at the end of the video. Said it before, you have a wonderful eye for the wildlife. Thank you and keep well.

Another fantastic lark. We really enjoy watching your adventures. We're new to this fantastic past time. We've found some clay pipe bowls and wondered whats best way to clean them? Also how do you get a license to lark on Thames? Looking forward to your next lark. Ali & Dave, Yorkshire way 😊😊

Great job, Christine, on the restorations!! Love when something is given new life!! The kitty reminds me of my 8 kitties who raid my craft room which is located on the 3rd floor. They bring me 'presents' all the time, like a piece of ribbon, or elastic, or yarn (their favorite)! They once unraveled a ball of yarn by bringing it down the stairs from the 3rd floor to the first! Take care, Nicola! God bless!
