9 speeds? turbo?...the marketing folks need to have an office separate from the design folks, I think :^) ....whenever a gadget has a 'turbo' button, it always makes me think of those men's shaving razors with 3 blade heads, for that smooooooth shave

Y'all are hilarious! I just today broke my stick blender. I got it for less than a dollar at a thrift store--it was still in the box and still had the receipt in it from where it was purchased for $70 in the 90s. So, it's time to buy another and I've decided I want a new one this time. This Mueller is one of the ones I'm researching. I am so impressed about how much you know about the space shuttle. It gives me great confidence in your review!!

I bought this blender new cause it was for my mother in law---it's a good immersion blender, but any immersion blender that blends is a good immersion blender....it was also at the height of covid lockdown when I bought this, as well, so I wasn't browsing at thrift stores anyway

It minces , mashes , blends in the kitchen. Can be used to mix paint in the workshop too. Woo hoo, that's a great product. Thanks and enjoy your blender weekend

it is a good hand blender, but the attachments were just gimmicks. I shot the first part of this video last August at my mother in law's where I ordered this hand blender to replace the one of her's that I busted--I figured I'd finish the video after I'd used it for a while, but I never got around to it....then here at this house sit, I found the same blender--no sign of the attachments though--they really aren't worth the space they take up in the drawer

I have a Kirchenaid hand blender and it has a plastic removable guard for when you use nonstick type pots and pans or anything you may not want to scratch. It cost a little more but absolutely worth it and that's coming from a thrifty person here.

I generally get an immersion at a thrift store...I seem to find them all the time around 5 bucks, and since I move around a lot, I like to buy thrift shop gadgets and just donate them back when I move. I bought this blender new since it was to replace my mother-in-laws...I've been very happy with it, and it's quieter than immersion blenders I have had in the past---but if I was buying just for me, I'd go cheap and get a thrift store blender because I've had good luck with those as well...you just plug them in at the store and give it a test before you buy

I really like how shallow (is that the right word?) the head or base (?) of the blender is. The one I have is too deep so it doesn't catch everything when blending.

That's a good point....but the base of this model is metallic, so it does require care when used in a non-stick pot or pan

The weak metal is for wisking egg 🥚 to make the foam for chille rellenos the best for your hands I just got mine is powerful mixer happy happy all the way I'm old this is for me

I got motion sickness from the camera operator all over the place and could do without the throwing of objects and huffing and puffing by camera lady. But extreeeeeemmmmmmeeee I guess. Would have been nice if you used all of the attachments but "whatever" lol.
