I swear I could just sit down and eat a bowl of that all by itself! I had no idea this was so easy to make. Heck, I may even roast my own peppers too! Either way, there will be a jar of that in my fridge come grocery shopping day! Thanks for posting this video! Zk

Press the plate down completely to smash the olives then start chopping them. They never roll away. I also add marinated veggies like cauliflower, and artichoke hearts. Then add their oils/marinade to keep the salad moist and brined well. Yours looked so yummy too! I’ve been on a muffuletta kick recently! TFS!!

I love muffuletta olive salad, my dad brought a jar of it after a trip to the US when i was a kid. We're from Brazil and its kinda hard to get roasted peppers (although they're super common fresh), could i sub it for sun dried tomatoes (a lot more common over here), or can I roast my own peppers?

Aloha & yes! You can roast your own peppers. Just char 3-4 whole red bell peppers over open flame, on the stovetop, or a Brule torch. When the outside skin is just about charred on all sides place them in a bowl & cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap & let the peppers steam in their own heat for about 10-15 minutes. This will help the skin soften up so it's easier to remove. When ready, you should be able to remove the skin with your fingers under running water- or a bowl of water. Pat dry, cut open & remove the seeds & that's it. Fresh roasted red peppers! Thanks for watching 🤙🏼

Can't you toss all the ingredients (except the garlic) in a food processor and pulse it until finely chopped? Garlic press the garlic and mix everything together... That would definitely save time with making this dish...

Aloha! Yes you can use the food processor to cut down on the prep. I've tried it that way before but processed the components individually then combined them together in a bowl. The texture comes out a little different than hand chopping. Enjoy! 🤙🏼
