Profound points. 🌴

Basically counteries where there is no education. Mostly when a nation stops indulging in knowledge themselves and concentrate more on take knowledge on receiving from others. Result is jahilya example this is what I learned from my father this is our culture this is our way. May Allah save us and guide us to his Deen not the Deen we create from our nafs.

Ibn Mas`ood radi Allaahu `anhu said: “The people will not cease to be upon good as long as they take knowledge from their senior ones and from their trustworthy ones and from their scholars. So if they take it from their younger ones and their evil ones, they will be destroyed.” A piece of advice: exercise caution when absorbing information from KZbin influencers, particularly those who are young or in their adolescence. Relying on their guidance has the potential to negatively impact both their own lives and the well-being of the nation.

Imam Tom I say what I say out of love… there is no blessing on the corporate pagan pantheon of leadership so called house of worship ran by an advisory board… if you really want Tawfiq in your community, establish a Waqf and take your role a de facto leader of all communal affairs… May Allah give you the best dunya wal ahkira.
@namesawesome96 Жыл бұрын
Corporate pagan pantheon of leadership? Bro, what's with you and all these Pagan comparisons? Masajid should be waqf. And led in the manner that awqaf are led. I don't know much about it. I like your point. But what about companies, non profit orgs, etc? You can't keep comparing things to Paganism and say we shouldn't have any corporate structure just because, say, some Pagan come up with it some hundred years ago.
@RevelationvsDesires Жыл бұрын
@@namesawesome96 I will inform you later in more detail in an article highlighting the pagan Latin Rite source of this western system we now live under… Needless to say a system is a metaphysical manifestation of beliefs held by those who implement it… the monotheistic manifestation is in line with the ancient monarchical system i.e Kings and Priest, Sultans and Ulama… leadership is never embodied in a multiplicity of individuals within the monotheistic tradition… decisions are always made by one emir and the guidance of Allah is sought for this singular leader… Now to answer your question, in the corporate structure there is a group (pantheon) of individuals who constitute the decision making of that “entity” based off shares etc… this structure is devoid of blessings due to the very fact that a decision can not be made with out a majority vote… it’s similarity to the old pagan worldview is obvious, simply because it was the Latin Rite who revived paganism from Rome in the 8th century when the Frankish Pope broke away from the Orthodox Christian Roman Empire in Constantinople… Maybe your depth of history is not that far reaching, and you can’t really comprehend that the essence of things is found at its source, so I will state in general all “western” systems are pagan in essence and are in direct conflict with Revelation. Let me ask you a question as a human whose understandings are a product of this modern context… Do you think having a King or Sultan who exercises complete control over his subjects affairs is tyrannical?

Biography of Shaykh Ahmad Mūsá Jibrīl (حفظه الله) Early Life: Shaykh Ahmad was born in the United States in the year 1971, and spent part of his childhood in the city of Madīnah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia when his father, Shaykh Mūsá Jibrīl, was a student at the Islamic University of Madīnah. It was there where he memorised the Qur’ān at the age of 11. He memorised Sahīh al-Bukhārī and Muslim before graduating from high school. Shaykh Ahmad then spent the rest of his younger years back in the United States graduating from high school in 1989. He later on memorized the chains of Bukhārī & Muslim, then memorised the 6 books of Ahādīth. Thereafter, he studied at the Islamic University of Madīnah as his father did, and graduated with a degree in the Sharī’ah. Teachers and Praises: Shaykh Ahmad had the opportunity to study under many great scholars of our time in Madīnah and elsewhere. Not only that but he was able to benefit from his father who was a Shaykh in his own right. Before he reached the age of 18 he had read the entirety of Majmū’ al-Fatāwá of Ibn Taymiyyah to his father, the books of Ibn al-Qayyim and al-Muhallah of Ibn Hazm. 1.Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymīn-he studied several books cover-to-cover with him and has a rare Tazkiyyah from him. 2.Shaykh Ihsān Ilāhi Dhahīr-who was a classmate of his father. Also when he was a teenager, Shaykh Ihsān said about him, “This boy knows my books more than me.” This was when Shaykh Ihsān was invited to the US by Shaykh Mūsá and he also said to Shaykh Mūsá, “You raised a Mujaddid (Reviver) inshā’ Allāh.” 3.Shaykh Ibn Bāz-he has a Tazkiyyah from him (3 months before he passed away) stating that Ahmad Jibrīl is a Shaykh with good ‘Aqīdah and is well known to him. He also encouraged students in Saudi to benefit from him and his father. 4.Al-‘Allāmah Hamūd ibn ‘Uqlá ash-Shu’aybī-who gave a Tazkiyyah. 5.Al-Muhaddith Shaykh Hammād al-Ansārī-who gave him a Tazkiyyah. 6.Shaykh Muhammad Ma’bad-who gave him an Ijāzah in the Qur’ān. 7.Shaykh Bakr Abū Zayd-he studied some books of Muhammad ibn ‘Abdul-Wahhāb and Ibn Taymiyyah in private classes with him. 8.Shaykh Abdullāh al-Qa’ūd-who was among the early ‘Ulamā of Iftā, Shaykh Ahmad made Hajj with him. 9.Shaykh ‘Atiyyah as-Sālim-who was the main student of Shaykh Muhammad Āmīn ash-Shinqītī and is also the one who completed Shaykh Shinqītī’s best and final Tafsīr, Adwā’ al-Bayān. Shaykh Ahmad said that he was very close with this Shaykh. 10.Shaykh Muhammad Mukhtār ash-Shinqītī-he studied under him for 4 years. 11.Shaykh Safiyy-ur-Rahmān al-Mubārakpūrī, the author of the famous book 'The Sealed Nectar’-Shaykh Ahmad studied under him for 5 years. 12.Shaykh Muqbil Hādī al-Wādi’ī 13.Shaykh ‘Abdullāh al-Ghunaymān 14.Shaykh Muhammad Ayyūb 15.Shaykh Ibrāhīm al-Husayn-who was Shaykh Ibn Bāz’s right-hand man and trustee for decades. 16.Shaykh Sālih al-Husayn-who was the head of the committee for the two holy mosques 17.Shaykh Mūsá al-Qarnī 18.Shaykh Abū Mākik Muhammad Shaqrah-who was very close to Shaykh al-Albānī to the extent that al-Albānī asked him to lead his funeral prayer in his will. The Shaykh has also travelled to other countries such as Egypt and Jordan to study. He then returned to the United States and finished his JD/LLM (Master of Law) degree from Michigan law schools. He currently resides in Detroit, MI. May Allāh Preserve our Shaykh and allow us to fully benefit from him before he passes, and make his trials and restrictions an expiation for him-Āmīn. حفظه الله Stay updated by following the Shaykh's official social media handles (managed by his students): Twitter: @Sh_Ahmad_Jibril

No knock on the Mufti or Imam but it seems like Medina graduates come out of that institution with the same DUNYAWI mindset… Wallahi I couldn’t imagine any of the classical Ulama going to seek knowledge to make a living… in fact my teachers who I take knowledge from follow the traditional scholars and have other jobs so they do not depend on the Deen for worldly sustenance. For me the prophetic inheritance has nothing to do with the pagan Fatimid Shia mass indoctrination “education” university system… The ancient and proven apprenticeship system also known as ijaza system is the only way to properly transmit experiential knowledge from the source… Again I’m not taking shots but rationally how can one be upon the spiritual path to Allah when he has taken it as a means to sustain his fleshly needs and responsibilities. Food for thought.

Great observation, but I would say a few things against that kind of thinking: 1. Is it better we didnt have these Scholars? 2. Im almost certain, its not that much (I would assume it is about the same as a community leader, teacher, etc (give or take)). I dont think a salary by the community/mosque for all the sacrifice someone goes through - particularly being a Mufti, which takes more years to achieve - is enough compensation. We should be aiming to provide more for them. Imagine if people spend that time and energy going through a Western university, becoming an expert in their field, imagine the salary they would be getting. 4. Look at it differently, scholars want to spend their time serving their community, Allah is providing them with income so they can be able to do that. I understand your sentiment, how can you be sincere in what you do if you accept money for what you do. I dont think that those two things are mutually exclusive. And Allah give us all sincerity inshaAllah. Ameen.
@irhamusman1 Жыл бұрын
I disagree. That's like saying let's pay medical doctors with peanuts and get them to work at your local retail as their main financial income. We have to understand that, to a certain degree, to get the best out of a person's skill or knowledge is to ease their burden and worry about the dunya. I'm not saying pay them silly amounts of money. But a decent living wage so they can focus on the path of Allah and guide others is, I think, acceptable.

its because of the financial enviroment were in in the islamic world the scholars are payed by the goverment right and thats how they sustain themself ( im assuming) so whats going to be the condition on the ulama who live under hardcore capitilism especially in america?? its a test for them also dont think its not something that they dont fear or wont be asked about the dunya is a prison for the beliver
