MUGEN AI Patch Release: Carl Johnson by armin_iuf

Hey everybody, back with another AI patch! This time for armin_iuf's Carl Johnson! CJ is a bit all over the place when it comes to power, he has some very oppressive traits about him such as his high damage output and assists that can allow him to snowball a lot of characters, but sometimes really struggle in some matchups. A lot of this has to due with his long startup and endlag on moves, particularly his specials, meaning some otherwise insane moves require a bit of setup in order to safely utilize. Some of his moves are also quite useless in the context of his kit, so he can be a bit linear in some places - he is also sometimes prone to getting 'hitboxed' by a few characters. That being said, he can still hang with a majority of normal characters.

Hey dude, excellent AI for my man CJ, the realest gangster of Grove Street. CJ was on my list of characters that I hoped would get an AI patch and its cool that he got a patch, especially since this is the 20th anniversary of GTA: San Andreas. Also Mr.Poyochan I would like to apologize for asking if you did AI patch requests. I didn't see the info that you had in the about page of your channel until very recently. My bad. Can't wait to see what cool AI patches that you have in store since you've said in one of your community posts you've feel like your slacking a bit. But don't feel bad dude, take as much time as you need, especially its best to do videos or AI patches when you feel motivated, not obligated to.

Hey Poyochan, there’s a bug that CJ has for the patch where a clone of him follows him around when he fights.

It looks like it might just be the version you are using, because I reinstalled the AI patch on a fresh character folder and I didn't get any issues. Try redownloading the character from the AK1 source.
