This char is just amazing, with the updates is just getting better and stronger, but i find it a bit OP because, well, doing 8 taunt and instakill your enemy seems too easy, and even more if the enemy cant move while you are taunting, but still a great char. I have learned almost all the moves from the palettes 7-12, the only moves i cant execute are 3:37 and 7:15 .

3:37 is just press down+b+c, and 7:15 is to press forward+b with super muda first, then press c. In fact, I update the AI for destiny dio, the newest version is destinydio【2019.03.05】 now.

Hold start when selecting Destiny Dio and once you are fighting press start (taunt button) a few times to go Over Heaven (The taunt special costs 2 super bars btw)

Before choosing Dio hold start and while holding start press any attack button to choose the special OH mode. Then in battle you need to have at least 2 super bars, and once you do press start to waste these 2 power bars for OH. Repeat like 10 times until Dio insta kills the enemy.
