Thx but actually, this roster would probably be considered small. I've seen rosters with WAYYY more characters than this, which is why this screenpack had so many slots

where did you downloaded the mugen

Go to the screenpack from mugen archive All the characters were added separately by me, though most of the characters were downloaded from tvs mugen archive
