0:23 - a little addition: he was born in Andijan (now in Uzbekistan, and Transoxiana in the game). After losing the Timurid lands in a power struggle, despite being a direct descendant from Amir Timur, founder of the Timurids, he moved to conquering India, and founded The Mughal empire. And is currently buried in Kabul, Afghanistan. Link to Wikipedia article: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babur Great video! Keep up the amazing work!💛

I love your videos, especially the mission tree only ones, most eu4 creators only play till 1550-1600, but by doing mission tree only you might actually be forced to play for longer
@thechairmangames Жыл бұрын
I get why they only play till then because the videos get to be really long when recording. But late game is just as fun and with this series most nations like Austria, Riga, Sweden, etc require playing to at least the enlightenment
@117lyrics Жыл бұрын
huh. i never thought about this for some reason- mission tree only videos. that's actually an interesting and somewhat novel concept for the average eu4 viewer who's used to three mountains, opm to wc, etc. good job coming up with it
@thechairmangames Жыл бұрын
Thank you! I was surprised noone had ever made videos like this before, seems everyone has done everything for Eu4 except just doing a mission-tree only campaign. Seems like everyone enjoys it and tends to use it as a guide also

I did a ton of tries for heirs of timur, and a lesson from that is Declare independence war on Dec 11, and actually dont delete the cav yet, and recruit 2 merc companies. You will be a little deeper in debt, but the money u take from timmy will cover it. And they can help when pushing into India

35:44 you should release Deccan because they will be your vassal, you will keep your cores I think and get permanent +5 admin efficiency and you can just instantly annex them later.

Just what I wanted to watch. Trying to do my first wc but not sure who is the best. Austria, France, ottomans, oirat or Mughals
@thechairmangames Жыл бұрын
Oirat/Yuan and Mughals are the best nations for WC. Yuan gets the admin efficiency and CCR while Mughals gets CCR and also assimilation where you can accept every single culture in the game. Personally, I like Yuan as a nation more to play as, but Mughals edge them out

@bytoadynolastname6149 Жыл бұрын
The other benefit of the Mughal's assimilation system, is that it becomes an accepted culture, meaning Religious Communities kicks in. More gold and unrest reduction, wooo.

When DLC drops will you replay some of the new mission trees?

Great question! So far, I will be redoing the Venetian Mission Tree, however, Austria's Mission Tree is pretty much the exact same so I probably won't do that one again. All the other ones will be a priority when the DLC comes out though

hey.. im playing austria.. was hoping to become mughals.. been trying to convert lots of provinces to kurdistani.. dunno if it will work.. i think i need to convert to islam.. is there even a way to do that? doesnt give me the option in the religious thing... do i need to get tons of religious muslim rebels and let them take all the provinces? does that just convert the provinces to muslim or the national religion as well? also if i did change to muslim id lose hre leader... so id want to convert back immediately to catholic after becoming mughals to get hre leader back.. and also cos most of my provinces are catholic.. also had to convert most muslim provinces to catholic just so i can get a bunch of iranian (kurd) culture... im up to 20% kurd culture but i can get rid of a ton of stated provinces to increase that % later.. my main problem is the ability to quickly change religion twice... is it even possible or am i gonna have to console command it?? my main idea was to use all the austria missions to get most of europe and then become mughals.. dunno why.. seems like both are the best nations in the game, so i wanted to be both in one playthru.. also, while im asking questions.. if i have a pu (spain & portgual) with colonies and i dont have colonies.. if i eventually integrate them, do i get their colonies or are they released as independent nations? thanks
@thechairmangames Жыл бұрын
You'd have to let the rebels enforce their demands on your nation to become Muslim. Personally, I think just forming the HRE end game tag might be better for you as it also has Admin efficiency
@tigrecito48 Жыл бұрын
@@thechairmangames well originally i wanted to be mughal emperor of the hre just for fun.. i dunno if u can get both mission trees at the same time? i did the same with starting english, culture shifted to mongols then formed great britain and had both mission trees at the same time.. problem is trying to get mughals is a lot harder maybe almost impossible & taking longer and im getting thru austrian mission tree quicker than being able to change culture & religion etc. so might turn out i centralise and get rid of hre before im even close to becoming mughals unless some one knows some quick way to change religion twice in a row other than console commands. initially when i started i didnt realise i need to be muslim

The lack of perma claims over all off India is strange which led me to do some research (5 minutes of googling) The mughals never conquered the southern tip of India or Sri Lanka. It seems they technically had control over Jharkands land but it was all jungle so they left it completely autonomous to be controlled by the tribes living in the jungle. I appreciate paradox sticking the history on that, but also it makes for ugly borders so…
