Très déçu de la politique de relation client de l'entreprise. Je suis un consommateur de la marque, je viens du Brésil, où cette société a un représentant officiel, situé à Rio de Janeiro. En essayant de m'inscrire sur le site Web de l'entreprise, je me suis rendu compte qu'il n'y avait aucune possibilité pour cette entreprise de contacter ses clients dans mon pays, c'est-à-dire que l'entreprise vend dans mon pays, où elle a un représentant officiel, et ne fournit pas d'enregistrement relation avec le consommateur. La discrimination entre les peuples et les pays fait-elle vraiment partie de ce business?
