This is a Prelude to the final chapter of my Ali series.
Im hoping I can get it done all in one part but it may consist of two parts depending on the size.
Nothing crazy, just a quick flash forward of what you can expect.

When people talk about this or that person being a role model for them I never really understood that word like how can you look up to someone so much, but after years of watching videos and interviews and fights of this man I truly know what a great role model is not only is this guy an inspiration to myself but millions of people around the world ! Not only the greatest boxer ever but the greatest human. RIP champ.

That wasn't a retirement speech, that was a fight announcement for either the holmes or berbick fight. It was basically Ali saying "everybody says I fought too long, took too many punches, but I'm here to prove them wrong"

Brandonian3030 all due respect but I think in 1978 he did not retire. He regained the title in September, and by October he had said he was going to hold on to the title until it was nearly mandatory to defend or retire. Therefore, he held onto the title until well into 1979, and held his retirement press conference then.
