Pakistan's 'policies' change frequently because these are built as houses of cards. They are built as houses of cards because we do not have the human resources, engineering, managerial to build better. We do not have the human resources because our educational systems, primary, secondary and higher educational systems are governed by our culture, traditions and beliefs. Even our national narrative revolves almost exclusively around security and religion. This needs to change. It is a one to two generations process. No quick fixes like budgets, project studies, taxation etc. are going to work. No false slogans of patriotism, nationalism etc are going to work. Only and only the physical and social sciences can do the trick. Now I know this channel will call me a traitor, disloyal, etc. etc for not supporting status quo. So be it.
