👋 Hi me too.It would be great to swap notes. ☺️ I was also a Muslim convert for 20years from my late teens to early 40’s and have studied Arabic and Islamic history. I recently distanced myself from brand Islam and delighted to find Derek’s sincere approach to understanding real Islamic history and scholarship. It’s so refreshing and is leaps and bounds ahead of anything else I have found out there and certainly anything I have seen in the Arab speaking or muslim world.

My favorite thing about these talks is how curious you are Derek! It's very very refreshing to see someone who is curious and whose main agenda is to figure out what the hell happened before trying to ask why. You never ask what it signifies about "us being better" (or about "them being worse"). You have a very non judgemental curiosity about these topics and I really resonate with that.

I am amazed at your depth of knowledge on Islam. It was a real PhD you have earned with hard labour. As a muslim, I also learnt many things from this conversation. Just to add a little as my knowledge as muslim goes. Prophet Muhammad was orphan from his childhood and was brought up by his grandfather. He was a shepherd. Later he was employed by a rech lady of the then Arab, Bibi Khodeja to do trading of her properties from Arab to Syria. Later he got married with Bibi Khideja, though she was pretty senior by age to prophet. It is worth listening. Thanks Dr Anthony for keeping us informed of your thesis works

@@inquisitivemind007 Quizzy, come on, you know better than that. The Prophet ascending to heaven is a miracle. History in the West is determined by probability. Western historians do not consider miracles when deciding what happened in the past because miracles are by DEFINITION, the least probable occurrences. I do not make a HISTORICAL argument that the Prophet ascended into heaven; it is based upon conviction in his truthfulness. But revisionists who peddle the Petra theory ARE making a historical argument. A historical argument that, like your so-called "Inquisitive Mind," is total garbage. Finally, I do not deny that Solomon's Temple was built at that spot. ??? Come one Quizzy, get with the program. This is embarrassing.

Some scholars claim that Islam was invented to furnish an ideology to justify and keep united the Arab conquests. There are references to 622 as "the year of the Arabs" marking the defeat of the Sasanids long before its later association by the developing Islamic tradition with an alleged hijra.

Muhammad changed Yahweh "I am" name to that "on instructions from Allah" as the children of Ishmael (meaning "Yahweh hears/listens/follows El/God") would now be favored over the children of Jacob/James/Diego (meaning "Yahweh the usurper/supplanter"). The plot holes thicken. But knowing the real history of these -f-a-l-s-e- religions of violence and ruin stemming as bad fruits from a bad tree of Dark Ages, we see clearly and with understanding. Saul means ask/question. Kish (Saul's father) means lure. Samuel (the priest/prophet that oiled/anointed/messiah Saul as king) means "hear/listen/follow El" Paul means small/few in Roman.

Arabs couldn’t have staged a conquest in the pre-Islamic times because they were never before that united or governed by a single entity, they were tribal. Arabia was chaotic. Islam was what stabilised it, unified it, got rid of atrocious acts like burying baby girls which many tribes did etc. and then the Muslims after unifying Arabia for the 1st time in history, freed the holy land.

Arabs created the Quran by compiling the pre-Islamic Arabic literature derived mostly from Syro-Aramaic lectionaries, homilies, hymnals & folklores of eastern churches in 7th century middle-east. They also borrowed heavily from the Jewish Talmud, which was also being compiled around the same time & place as the Quran i.e.. 7th century lower Mesopotamia. Two men waffling for 2 hrs not not addressing any on of the fundamental questions. Guest admits the heart of the problem is tht there is zero evidence for any of the stuff first written in the Hadith 250 yrs later in the architectural record of the Prophets time and aftermath! And btw, there r no complete qurans for HUNDREDS of years after the Prophet. Wht there r r shards of qurans tht overlap to abt 40 pc of a full one within approx 160 years. The very early ones are the tiniest fragments. This is actually way less than early Christian texts provide, and they provide more earlier. He also never answered about Muhammad being a shepherd IRL. Of course he wasn’t - he was rich merchant initially, but OFC tht means he would have known all those stories like the sleepers at Ephesus that make up the bulk of the Quran not about Hell or killing infidels. In the same way Aishia almost certainly wasn’t 9.. no evidence Muhammad was a pedophile, but it was exaggerated by Sunni scholars in hadiths to press her purity at a time when Shia hated her. Use your common sense!

Arab people of his time never used hebrew words while naming.If you analyse 1000 contemporary names of his time none of them is found other than Arabic names.He received revelation at age of forty.Neither he nor people around him ever had the slightest clue of his becoming a prophet. If MHMD is a title and has any resemblance to his name omniscient God must have bestowed it to him.

Oh man, why are you so obsessed with conspiracy theories?! As Anthony said, your average muslim who lives in a given community will have very simplistic view of their religion.. same goes for any other religion (or non religion for that matter). If they go and study the Quran in muslim institutions even at a basic level, they will learn everything about variant readings, foreign vocabulary of the Quran, competing codices etc...). Most of what the western academia is "discovering" now, is basically confirming the traditional muslim view on their religion. And they know it, because they cite the enormous work already done very early on by pious muslim scholars. I think the big issue of "preservation" of the Quran today is stemming from a relatively modern idea of infallibility of the text "word for word, letter for letter, dot for dot" that some fringe but very vocal muslims are promoting. If these people talk to actual muslim scholars, they will be reprimanded for being ignorant but the world now is ruled by the most successful in promoting their idea, not by the content of those ideas

In this case is there any academic research which contradicts the data found by DG? 2) Otherwise, an explanation needs to be found why all early qiblas point in direction if Mecca. D. Mohamed tomb is a historical site that refers to the final resting place of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the founder of Islam. The tomb, known as the Prophet's Mosque or Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, is located in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia. The Prophet's Mosque is one of the holiest sites in Islam, and it holds significant religious importance for Muslims around the world. It serves as a place of worship, pilgrimage, and spiritual reflection for millions of Muslims who visit the site each year. The mosque has undergone several expansions and renovations throughout history, and today, it stands as a grand structure with a large courtyard, elegant minarets, and a majestic dome covering the tomb of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The tomb area is a focal point for Muslims to offer prayers and seek blessings. The significance of the Mohamed tomb lies not only in its historical and architectural importance but also in its role as a symbol of unity and reverence for Muslims worldwide. It is a sacred place of veneration and remembrance of the beloved Prophet, and it holds a special place in the hearts of Muslims as a center of spiritual connection and devotion.

People tend to give a pass on Mohamad. The fact is that he killed, tortured, and was vindictive with people he did not like and those things could not be explained away with the mores of the times. It was all politics and the theology came later. Do the history and forget about theology. I was hoping you’d talk about the political intrigues that went on around him. There were attempts on his life, his ailment and impending death, and how Omar, the second Calif, stopped him from doing his testament and what possible role his household women folk had? Two of his wives were the daughters of the first and second Calif, whereas his own daughter who came out in the strongest terms against the califs who took over immediately after his death, died mysteriously soon after, and his whole family was bypassed.

Good insight. Also it's important to mention that he explicitly married some of his wives for political bonds and ties. It's particularly interesting around aisha. She was the daughter of his bff abu bakr, after his death she had a battle with Muhammad's nephew Ali. The battle of the camels I believe. Interestingly, over 50% of authentic hadiths are attributed to aisha so it's hard to turn a blind eye to the impact and prominence aisha had ... Almost akin to a king marrying his daughter to another royal family to add on to the Empire that's being built

Supposedly, Fatima did not got along with her father's wives and the wives controlled what went on in the household, and she fought back at the califs in a very aggressive manner. It was clear to her how they pulled the rug from under her feet. Mohamad was a political leader foremost and the religious part was the equivalent of a modern political party dogma.

So did Jesus' earliest followers consider him to be God? EHRMAN: Well, what I argue in the book is that during his lifetime, Jesus himself didn't call himself God and didn't consider himself God and that none of his disciples had any inkling at all that he was God. The way it works is that you do find Jesus calling himself God in the Gospel of John, our last Gospel. Jesus says things like: Before Abraham was, I am, and I and the father are one, and if you've seen me, you've see the father. These are all statements that you find only in the Gospel of John, and that's striking because we have earlier Gospels, and we have the writings of Paul, and in none of them is there any indication that Jesus said such things about him. I think it's completely implausible that Matthew, Mark and Luke would not mention that Jesus called himself God if that's what he was declaring about himself. That would be a rather important point to make. So this is not an unusual view among scholars. It's simply the view that the Gospel of John is providing a theological understand of Jesus that is not what was historically accurate. GROSS: Jesus was referred to as the king of the Jews. Did he call himself that, and what did that mean it is time? Do we know? Can we have any idea what that meant in its time? EHRMAN: Yeah, we do know, and actually to be a king of the Jews simply meant literally, being the king over Israel. It is a very difficult question to get to, what Jesus taught about himself because of the nature of our gospels, but one thing is relatively certain, that that the reason the Romans crucified Jesus was precisely because he was calling himself the king of Israel. Now, Jesus obviously was not the king. So what might he have meant by it? Well, what scholars have long thought is that Jesus was talking about not being put on the throne by means of some kind of political show of power, but that Jesus thought the world as he knew it was coming to an end and God was going to bring in a kingdom, a new kingdom in which there would be no more injustice or oppression or poverty or suffering of any kind. And in this kingdom, Jesus appears to have thought that he himself would be the future king. And so Jesus meant this not in the regular political sense but in a kind of apocalyptic sense, that at the end of the age, this is what was going to happen: he was going to be installed as king. GROSS: So Jesus saw himself as the messiah. What else did that mean in its time? EHRMAN: Well, a lot of Christians today have a wrong idea about what the messiah was supposed to be. The word messiah is a Hebrew word that literally means the anointed one. This was used in reference to the kings of Israel. The ancient kings of Israel, when they became king during the coronation ceremony, would have oil poured on their head as a sign of divine favor. And so the king of Israel was called God's anointed one, the messiah. There came a point at which there was no longer a king ruling Israel, and some Jewish thinkers began to maintain that there would be a future king of Israel, a future anointed one, and they called that one the messiah. And so the messiah for most Jews simply referred to the future king of Israel. And so when Jesus told his disciples that he himself was the messiah, he was saying that in the future, when God establishes the kingdom once more, I myself will be the king of that kingdom. And so it's not that the messiah was supposed to be God. The messiah was not supposed to be God. The messiah was a human being who would be the future king, and that's probably what Jesus taught his disciples that he was

Muslims say Jesus is a prophet and messiah. What does Jesus and those close to Jesus say? If this man was GOD, he would never have been called a prophet. Matthew 21:11 And the crowds were saying, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth in Galilee.” Luke 7:16 Fear gripped them all, and they began glorifying God, saying, “A great prophet has arisen among us!” and, “God has visited His people!” John 4:19 The woman *said to Him, “Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. Matthew 21:46 When they sought to seize Him, they feared the people, because they considered Him to be a prophet. John 6:14 Therefore when the people saw the sign which He had performed, they said, “This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world.” John 7:40 Some of the people therefore, when they heard these words, were saying, “This certainly is the Prophet.” John 9:17 So they *said to the blind man again, “What do you say about Him, since He opened your eyes?” And he said, “He is a prophet.” Luke 24:19 And He said to them, “What things?” And they said to Him, “The things about Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word in the sight of God and all the people, Mark 6:15 But others were saying, “He is Elijah.” And others were saying, “He is a prophet, like one of the prophets of old.” Mark 8:28 They told Him, saying, “John the Baptist; and others say Elijah; but others, one of the prophets.” Luke 9:8 and by some that Elijah had appeared, and by others that one of the prophets of old had risen again. OK, so Jesus doesnt refute anybody calling him a Prophet, he reaffirms it😇 Luke 13:33 . . . . I must proceed on my way. For it wouldn’t do for a prophet of God to be killed except in Jerusalem. Mark 6:3-4 Then they scoffed . . . . They were deeply offended and refused to believe in him. Then Jesus told them, “A prophet is honored everywhere except in his own hometown and among his relatives and his own family”. In the above two verses, Jesus called himself a prophet. There are also many verses indicating that during his lifetime on earth the people in Judea and Galilee regarded him as a prophet. Regarding the verses in which Jesus says that he is equal to God (mainly in the Gospel of John) most scholars believe that Jesus never said that. It was what people started saying about him after his death and put on his lips in the Gospels written at least 4 decades later.,

The Gospel of John begins with the astonishing claim that Jesus was no less than God Himself! John claims that, in Jesus, God became human flesh and lived among us. And that He did it in order to bring us into eternal relationship with Himself - to make us ‘children of God’ forever. John’s Gospel goes on to describe Jesus’ miraculous ‘signs’ and his heart-searching words that testified to His true identity as ‘the Christ’. The Gospel ends with the words, ‘Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.’ John 20:20-31 Richard Dawkins calls the Bible ‘a chaotically cobbled-together anthology of disjointed documents, composed, revised, translated, distorted and 'improved' by hundreds of anonymous authors, editors and copyists, unknown to us and mostly unknown to each other, spanning nine centuries’. Let’s take the Gospel of John, the fourth Gospel. Is there good evidence to believe that what we read in John’s Gospel is a true account of what Jesus actually said and did? Up until a few hundred years ago, no-one really questioned whether John’s Gospel was historical. But with growing scepticism over the reality of God and the supernatural (a philosophical and cultural movement known as the Enlightenment), scholars began to suggest other explanations for the origins of the Gospel. Against the traditional view of the Gospel having been written by a disciple of Jesus and eyewitness to his life, death and resurrection, they argued that the Gospel was, in reality, written by someone living hundreds of years later, and hundreds of miles away. And the concepts in John, they said, were too Greek, and not Jewish enough (as the other three Gospels, Matthew, Mark and Luke, were). John’s idea that Jesus was ‘God in the flesh’, for example, was said to reflect much later developments in Christian theology. So for these reasons, by around 1900, most New Testament scholars believed that John’s Gospel could not be considered as reliable history.

Jesus Christ not God. It is clear from the verses below that he was indeed 100% man. John 17.3...jesus says to the father...that they may know you, THE ONLY TRUE GOD and Jesus whom you sent. John 20.17 Jesus says....I am ascending to my father and your father, my God and your God. Acts 2:22 “Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Romans 5:15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man (Adam) how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! The Greek word for “man” in these verses is anthropos. The Greek word anthropos means “a human being, whether male or female, generically, to include all human individuals, to distinguish man from beings of a different race or order.” Anthropos is used to describe Adam, the first man. In the same verse (Romans 5:15) it is used to describe Jesus Christ. If words mean anything, one must believe that Jesus Christ was a flesh and blood human being just like Adam. On the other hand, Scripture says “God is not a man.” Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man… Numbers 23:19 (NRSV) God is not a human being, that he should lie, or a mortal… Hosea 11:9 For I am God, and not man- the Holy One among you..

@amanpalestina9664
@amanpalestina9664 Жыл бұрын
I'll try _(insya Allah)_ : Quran is *FORMIDABLY* preserved through the tradition. The host (Derek) don't ask for an Explanation. Just a SIMPLE Yes or No. Allow me to explain then : Quran or any other writing of that period and region were ONLY written on Parchment, Scroll etc etc, here and there. There is NO paper technology from China yet to mass preserved it until the earliest is in the 10th-Century (Paper). The ONLY available METHOD of preservation is through a *RECITATION* (Hafazan in Arabic) from memory or as what Dr. Anthony referred it as TRADITIONS. Its practiced through the 5X prayer a day, at least. Quran is in Quranic-Arabic. The sister language of Hebrew, Aramaic, Syriac etc etc. THE MAJOR criteria of the Semitic Language is the GRAMMAR and in writing they use the ABJAD (sort of Alphabet) *WITH NO VOWEL* having a ROOT ABJAD (at least 3) for Adjective, Pronoun etc etc. The Syntax is also different form normal language. English and French only have 6 Pronouns but they has 12, complete with gender. *DUAL* pronoun ONLY existed in the Semitic language. The MOST Amazing Thing about the Semitic Language is that *THEY ONLY HAVE LESS THAN 500 ROOT-WORDS*, taking advantage of the pronouns to make it a HUGE Library of Vocabulary. The Thai Language has the most root-words, more than 200,000. *WITH LESS THAN 500 ROOT WORDS THATS ADVANTAGOEUS TO BE MEMORISED* Earliest Torah is mostly in Greek Kone (except for the Dead Sea Scroll) and its difficult to retraced it back. As for Bible, unfortunately we don't have the Original, in Aramaic. The present Arab or Jew and Bani Israel etc were practicing the respective Literature and Spoken Language, NOT the ORIGINAL or as what they called as Classical Arabic and Classical Hebrew. *THEY WERE TIED BACK THROUGH THE ABJAD, ROOT-WORD, GRAMMAR* etc. As for Quran THEY HAVE THE *TAJWEED* or proper pronunciation, enunciation, and the application of specific rules to ensure the accurate preservation. To further strengthen it they have the RASM (Official) Uthamniah for CONSISTENCY. I hope I have explained to the best of my ability. Take care

As a very respectable colleague says (- The Nabataean world appears to have been the setting of the Qur’an’s ‘lost’ Arabian tribes, as both Ad and Thamud can be located within it. @azmisalleh6465 Hi, yes we have some common beliefs as in monotheism and in heaven sent prophets, charity and kindness, hospitality between neighbours. "Love thy neighbour as thyself." Jesus' non violent response to colonial oppression inspired Ghandi and Martin Luther King to adopt peaceful resistance and intellectual polemic as tools for justice and peace on earth. All three were assassinated. President JFK tried to live by those commandments. He too was assassinated, and his brother too. Yes, Jesus was really crucified and died. The historians wrote about it and his followers confirmed it. I do believe Jesus was crucified and died. I believe in the resurrection. If your Prophet could ascend to heaven while still alive, how much more logical that our Prophet could ascend to heaven after death. I believe his spirit took physical form when he appeared to the apostles. Paul had no believe, but was so moved by the stories he heard that he was filled with guilt. He heard Jesus voice on the way to Damascus, he lost his sight and eventually converted. It is possible Jesus' body was removed from the tomb by his relative Rabbi Joseph of Aramathia. Jesus had two important religious relatives, both Rabbis and John the Baptist was his cousin. I watched the Chosen video series, very good fyi. Cheers

Before modern scholarship, Muhammad was basically attempting to do the same thing that current day religious researchers do: Make sense of old stories/beliefs and correct the inevitable corruption of those things over the years. I'm not an apologist for Islam or even a theist. I'm just pointing out that Muhammad is a part of the evolution of questioning previous spirituailty. In the past that meant creating a new religion. Nowadays, we can question religion without creating new faiths because people are ok with just admitting that they simply don't know the secrets of the universe. You no longer have to be a "prophet" to point out the imperfections in "sacred" beliefs.

01:33:49 What's up Doc? The Petra theory is garbage. Why? "becuase we have papyrii from Petra and stuff like that...". And? If there is no evidence in the Archeological or numismatic record for the existance of the Mother of all cities (Mecca?) up til about 750 AD then why should there not be a plausible subsitute, as Dan Gibson demonstrates? A few of his arguments: Thomas Artsruni, writing in 887 AD makes this very clear as he identifies Petra, and then he lets us know that he is speaking of Mecca, “The Mecca” he says. In the first 100 years of Islam the mosques all pointed to this city in southern Jordan. The original Ka’ba was located in the city of Petra. in front of the large building known as the Temple of Dushara, or Qasr al-Bint. from Azraqi the exact size of the Ka’ba building during Muḥammad’s lifetime. is the exact size of the original Ka’ba building as described by Azrqi. It was not square, and each side had a different length. And this foundation matches each of those lengths. And don’t forget, every mosque at this time faced this building. From east, west, north, and south every Qibla faced this building. Very strong evidence that this is the original Ka’ba, located in the city of Petra. Now today, the Temple of Dushara stands directly behind the first Ka’ba. This was the valley where Hagar wept and cried out to the Lord, because little baby Ishmael was about to die. It was in this city that she found water, in Zamzam. Before the time of Muḥammad, the people of the city were pagans. All nonsense...garbage?

Muhammad's goal was the Holy Land Q5:21 which he was facing for 17/18 months before the qibla changed to Mecca. Towards the end of his life he engaged in Zionist activities to capture the Holy Land Q5:21 as shown in the Stephen Shoemaker interview - that's why the Jews thought Muhammad was the Messiah as reported in Theopanes 817AD and why someone in the Jewish community in the mid 8th century wrote in The Secrets of Rabbi Šim‘on ben Yohai "...He shall raise up over them a prophet [Muhammad] in accordance with His will, and He will subdue the land [Israel] for them; and they shall come and restore it with grandeur..."

Sorrows overwhelmed the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his worries increased and multiplied with the death of the Mother of the Believers, Khadija, may God be pleased with her, and his uncle Abu Talib in one year. Khadija was the best supporter and helper for him - after God Almighty - and his uncle protected and protected him, and loved him intensely. His grief, may God bless him and grant him peace, was multiplied by the fact that he died as an unbeliever. The Quraysh took advantage of Abu Talib's absence to increase their harm to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to oppress him. Abu Lahab was one of the people who most hated the call and its companion, may God bless him and grant him peace, to the point that he would pursue the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, during the Hajj season, and in the markets, throwing stones at him and saying: "He is a lying Sabean," and warning people against following him. Mecca became too small for the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his situation became difficult, until he thought of adopting another method in his call by changing the place, hoping to find acceptance. He chose to go to Taif, which was an important center for the leaders of the Quraysh and its people, and a strategic place for them, as they owned lands and houses there, and it was a rest for them in the summer. So he decided to go there, hoping and hoping that it would be better than Mecca, and that he would find support from its people. He went out on foot so that the Quraysh would not think that he intended to leave Mecca. He was accompanied by Zaid, the adopted son of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he was like a protector and guardian for the Messenger of God. After the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, secured all the ways and took precautions, he headed to Taif, full of hope that it would be a land of goodness and Islam, but the surprise was!! He began with the leaders of the people to whom the matter ended, so he spoke to them about Islam and called them to Allah, but they responded harshly to him, and said to him: Get out of our country, and they were not satisfied with this matter, but they incited their fools and slaves against him, so they followed him, cursing him, shouting at him, and throwing stones at him, so his feet were injured, peace be upon him, until blood flowed from them, and the Prophet, peace be upon him, was afflicted with worry, sadness, and fatigue that made him fall on his noble face, and he did not wake up until Gabriel was standing next to him, informing him that Allah sent the King of the Mountains with a message in which he said: If you wish, O Muhammad, I will crush the two mountains on them, so the answer came from him, peace be upon him, to pardon them, saying: (I hope that Allah will bring forth from their loins those who worship Allah alone and do not associate anything with Him) Narrated by Al-Bukhari. The people of Taif continued to harm him, may God bless him and grant him peace, until they forced him to go to a garden belonging to Utbah and Shaiba, the sons of Rabi’ah, two of the leaders of the people of Taif. He sat in the shade of a tree, seeking comfort and security. Then he called upon God Almighty, saying: “O God, to You I complain of my weakness, my lack of resources, and my insignificance among people. O Most Merciful of the merciful, You are the Lord of the weak, and You are my Lord. To whom will You entrust me? To a distant one who will treat me harshly? Or to an enemy to whom You have given control over my affairs? If You are not angry with me, then I do not care. However, Your well-being is more expansive for me. I seek refuge in the light of Your face, by which the darkness is illuminated, and by which the affairs of this world and the next are set right, lest Your anger descend upon me, or Your wrath descend upon me. To You is the reproach until You are pleased, and there is no power or strength except with You.”

The main problem with the historical person of Muhammad, is that there are no information about such personality in the main source of Islam, namely the Quran, and all the information about such personality comes from secondary sources like the Hadith and Sirah, which have been gathered and canonized after many transitions by different individuals, centuries after the supposed death of Muhammad or founding of the religion, so it's impossible to know at this point which data is authentic and which have been invented by the Islamic leaders for political purposes, especially when different Islamic scholars have various opinions about reliability of different Hadith, so Muhammad is a secondary and very uncertain person even within Islam.

What are you talking about. Did you search the Quran to make such a claim. There is a chapter in the Quran named Mohammed. After all Islam is not about Mohammed. It's about the message to worship one GOD and only one GOD. One of Mohammed's companion Abu Bakar said after Mohammed's death and I quote "Whom ever used to worship Mohammed.. Mohammed died and whom ever worship Allah.. Allah is alive." The purpose of Islam isn't to bring a new religion but rather bring back the religion that all the Prophets preached again to worship one GOD and only one GOD and not associating anyone nor having intermediaries. It's simple. Yeah Mohammed wasn't living in palaces with wealth or Gold and parties. he spent his life after the revelation when he was 40 years old preaching the what he received.
