Mulki Mohamed is a mentee of UNHCR’s Mentorship Programme for Refugees (JMP) which supports forcibly displaced people, providing training in journalism and advocacy. She is a filmmaker who lives in Kakuma Refugee Camp. In December 2023, she participated in the Global Refugee Forum where there was the chance to interview participants from the private sector, governments, NGO’s and refugee backgrounds. Mulki has returned to Kakuma to work on her next film to make sure voices like hers continue to be heard.
