I just commented on another video but I had to comment one last time. Shi Heng Yi speaking about this subject has hit me on another level in a soulful way even when he spoke about Elon musk saying the person may want to be like him but does not have the money to make it like he did. Plus the traveling part got me that's when I felt like he was talking to me on a personal level.

I love all of these videos. I've been greatly inspired by them. From my heart, thank you. On this one the music is a little too loud. I have to strain to hear his words. I think in general music distracts from what Shi Heng Yi is saying. There's no need.

:) I thank you for your perspective because it is important to see and feel from another individual. I know I am not alone in this existence and each and every one of us existing at this very minute moment also coexist life experiences and also more than just this. There is a purpose for everything that happens. I might not know the purpose because I want and that is why I don't see past myself. I also see I am just a tiny part of everything and I will never know everything because I am not God. I have to also present the opposite because I understand for everything that exists, there is an equal and opposite of everything in existence. I do appreciate being here to see and learn. Thank you for sharing.

Yo Brothers the music is a little loud - maybe 1/2 volume. Master is very quite by nature, calm and whispers to us. My hearing is damaged - it got better there at about 8 minutes for a little bit - still we have to work hard just to hear the message. Just an observation - I am guilty of making noise - I like the whale song but need to hear Master Yi first. Please and Thank you. Tell me how a Shaolin disciple sits, quietly and listens - What did students do before office chairs and the internet? How to calm the mind, for sleep, learning, meditation. I feel that I am not alone. My mind is never quiet - tinnitus, electronics, fans, the house makes noise, the wind moans, rain drops fall like tears, on my ears, crying for attention. Bad day two quit smoking. Other pain goes unnamed - The spirit is strong but the flesh is weak. Russian translation, The Vodka is good but the meat is rotten. We will see what tomorrow brings. There is a small package on the way - some particular thing I like and use most every day - a way to feed our brothers and hone our skills - metaphorically a tool for wit, to enhance our skills and more. Wait for it. I hope you get it - left handed, right - no matter it is a motivation for me to avoid buying a carton of smokes - win win - but day two I am a little antsy, tired. The crane feeding, brush dipping, cigarette snuffing move - there is something else there pinching, grasping, transporting - a portal? I felt like I had it but it got away - fishing, planting, a Mother or Father with a baby? Over coming obstacles, sharing maybe. Building hand, wrist, forearm strength? I feel it in the back. There is a defensive component and counter, a continuation to offensive action it is only a tiny part of a story. Does Shaolin teach wing chun? Perhaps I should open the compendium - Humm interesting fingers hands fist arms .... I am tired, time to rest. Ty and Good night.
