Thank you so much for these teachings. I listen to Master Shi Heng Yi every day... His peace, the way he articulate words, carry himself is something worth looking at closely and try to implement into our own lives. He is an example for all of us. Very wise man. He puts things into practice, not living from his head like many of us including me... Thank you once again🙏🙏🙏❤

Yes,this is something to work on for sure.some of the 8 steps are already acieved to some degree but when all 8 steps become clear each day after day your goals can happen in a way that gets better results witch include better results for not just yourself but better harmony with those you deal with day to day even with someone you may only encounter once in your life and never see again ,they too are as important as anyone eles.😎🙏

As i learn i see new areas of myself .there are times when i look at what im doing and say why is it like this ...i might spend days or even weeks looking at my mindset thinking im trying to do all my practice as best i can and some things i see improvement then there are ares that puzzel me.not that im questioning the methods...i do believe the methods are true.like you say, there will be days when understanding how to proceed will not be clear, but just have faith in the methods and in time i will realise and expierience the benafit of looking deeper into myself for direction to go toward.its a.azeing how when i realise a visualisation of how the practice has shown me something new that i did not know before i started the practices how much i have benafited from it.its like sometimes little tiny realizations later become huge steps forward unexpectidly one day...i can't say enauph about the astounding things that have happened since i started studying your methods ,WOW.🙏

Once again Master I shall thank You and say that now the gratitude I cherish is sacred to me as expressing my thankfulness for you is now a living every moment of days with resounding affect to clarify I mean the thankfulness is present in me all day long when I awake I turn the key to start the thank you motor which will be running all day and night I go to sleep with this motor running. Two of my favourite sounds, one the sound of my thank You Master motor, the second is the sound of a Laverda Jota 1000 cc triple cylinder motor bike. There are several other sounds I so favour however the sound of Your Voice Master and the sincronisity of wisdom I call golden as the voice and the wisdom are the sound I appreciate more than all of my favourite, Sheesh! I hope I haven't diminished my meaning with too many words herein. It is also imperative that I thank so much Mulliganbrothers for their contributions essentially Oceans of loving endeavour God bless You Master God bless You Mulliganbrothers also may God bless everybody who is receiving, sharing and loving all that we hear and learn enriching our lives and our endeavours. Lovingly Steve❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The face of nature is as a face in a mirror, like the water of a mirage, like the sound of an echo, like a mass of clouds in the sky and dreams of the eternal divine. In a thousand directions everywhere, throughout the sea of lands, every view gone by encompasses oceans of the past. Only heartbeats short of eternity, in breath by breath we dwell.

Seen from a christian perspective, this video contains a lot of great points. The core principles laid out by buddha and transmitted by master shi heng yi are excellent for developing a character that is fit for enlightenment. If it appeals to you, follow it to the best of your ability and you will see that life has a wonderful way of guiding you. We are all born for the same goal, yet everyone makes unique experiences on the great journey. If you keep loving all human beings as your own self and god (which is synonymous to eternal life) with your whole being than you are definetly heading in the right direction.

Your video is educative. About the eight fold path, I know where the Buddha taught this. Many of the ancient sangarams are today villages. There is one unique village name which is NAWADA meaning eight promises. These villages are common in Bihar. Eight promises can be translated as the eight fold path. It seems these villages had the pleasure of the Buddha preaching to the distant ancesters of the present day villagers, ‘The eight fold path’. Infact Sariputra became an Arhat in a sangaram called NAWADA in Vaishali.

Master Shi Heng Yi, I watched "the 36 chambers of Shaolin" and it was inspiring, motivating, and entertaining. Even though it was made in the 70's, the message is timeless. I'm 61 and wish I could learn Kung Fu, just for the structure, discipline, and profound life lessons that it teaches. I'm so thankful for you and the Mulligan Brothers because this is what's been missing from my life- " structure".

you are not that sensation, you are not that perception, so deep joy replaces the emerging pain. contemplate beyond space and time recognizing in the previous forms, the only small self that is reborn from life to life, in infinite joy the separative illusion ends, in a single night the self is witness to physical impersonality, opens the channel to radiance, operational renunciation in universal love. intelligence is not always a valid support, open your sacred space, welcome me with kindness. this is the only path without beginning or end.

ROUGH NOTES 1 Right understanding. If looking at the world already with predetermined concept or expectation then it's going to be difficult to see how things really are. Learn to see how things are (the story of day and night applies), at the same time same as the view that nothing is permanent, many thoughts come and go but they do not stay, find the structure, things that are repeating, based on that You see the way things are functioning. Know the right thought, to abstain from the ill thought, speech, action... 1a absence of ill thought see something... think the right thing 2a absence of ill talk or bad talk, gossiping, not just what but even if truth but not always the right point in time to speak the truth to someone, when someone is too emotionally charged, even truth is not useful or it may be out of place. 1b understand the impact of Your words be aware of what you are saying... 1b 2b 3b 4a You do not want to harm others with your thoughts or words or actions 5 Right action, Are You a butcher? (warlord, bomb-maker, poison-chemist etc), is Your job creating harm? 6 Effort: You know the path You know what needs to be done. Do the right thing, not always naturally arises, condition and train Yourself to pay attention and patience to put these guidelines into Your life 7 Concentration Be aware of where you are focusing Your energy where You are focusing Your intention if You just try to put as much as You can of these guidelines into you daily life You cannot just rely on someone else's interpretation of something. Pay attention! Adjust areas of life that need adjusting. This world is not just about You 8 Are You meditating? In a daily meditation practice You find many ways or explanations of how to get started and implement meditation and also these guides. It's a practical way to see more. Brings clarity. I see things better, and therefore understand things better. A meditation practice is closely related to how clearly You see things, and what you are understanding. This shows that we are back to right understanding therefore, not steps in order, but put commitment and effort into all these practices, all steps together. Only are two mistakes along this way, You are not starting this one, or You are not bringing this one to the end. [There are only two mistakes You can make You are not starting this, or You are not bringing this to it's completion.] [So, begin meditating now and You will know what to do next! PS Sahaja Yoga Meditation is free worldwide]
