I had the same experience with another teacher some years ago. It made me realize that what we really mean by “suicide” is a profound willingness and need to change everything right NOW and no idea outside of death on how to do it. Teachers like this show us.

1. The Mind and Body are both as important as each other 2. Sometimes you have to go through something, to develop something. 3. You need others to support you, you cannot do this alone. 4. You don't always directly approach, what you want. 5. You know what you are capable of , you , yourself can bring this out. Potential. 6. No matter where you are from , everyone deals with the same issues. 7. Sometimes you must be a Warrior.

I agree with each and every one of these rules. In my own ways, I have found them all, and I am experiencing everything he is speaking of. I currently work overnights at a warehouse and I see everyone around me falling apart, while it's only making me stronger. Your heart's intent will make or break you and I've gained strength and energy in capacities I didn't know possible. Energy, knowledge, wisdom, strength, and most importantly love, are flowing through me like a nuclear power plant. I believe in God, not the church God, my God is pure Energy, everything is breathing this powerful energy and everything is energy. That's why it is logical to me what he said! If we spread bad energy, we call bad energy right back to us, if we spread good energy, good will follow. Our body is our temple, our mind knows the differents between good and bad, our soul is the energy and this three things need to be in balance. I love to listen to him, keep on spreading this wonderful messages!

True! I love Warriors of Truth because also I know and understand everything I ever read, talk, and lived. I know how it was to everyone in history just by reading or listening... And when I'm connected, I know everything I need to know for a moment. Love you all. It's better to hit yourself many times before you judge others falsely and be patient because only time will tell what is right from wrong. I know that very well because life has been hitting me all the time, and I was quiet like still water, but soon I will need to make a waterfall, which will be loud to clear the river and the oceans. Soon I will have to prove all that. Thank you all. It will not be easy, but with the creator's help, I know I can make it. Love you all.

There is a lot of people that are not honest with themself and they are lazy to stick out discipline to accomplish what they know they should be doing! They lie to themselves instead of doing the hard work and because of that, there is no improvement for them.

This is me. I’ve never been honest with myself. Always cheated on me and suffered and that continues as a loop, and it affects my day to day life, lives around me, even ended up with a divorce. I feel like I’m good for nothing, a burden to everyone, living alone in a place away from family, lying to myself and everyone. I’m tired. Feels empty. Giving pain to the people around me. I know what I should do to make things better, but when the moment comes I become paralyzed, then suffers guilt for what I did. I’m living this life for the past 7 years. Donno how will I come up. I’m going to listen to this podcast. I Want to erase whatever I learned in this 32 yrs of life. I don’t want the values inside me, since it’s very toxic. I want to live a healthy peaceful and content life, a slow one. Away from drama. I just want to have a mind that is ready for All the challenges that come my way. I want to.

I am Catholic but hearing him speak about not worrying about past mistakes but focusing on what to do about and refocus on what can be done is reassuring. I believe in Jesus but hearing him speak about the problems of life are not just a unique existence but a shared one is something that I am facing even though this shaolin monk may have different beliefs I do hear God speaking through this man, very interesting. I will say that most people will not understand but purgatory is a way of God's mercy to those who do seek paradise I think a lot of the time people don't highlight that fact they make things too black and white, God is very good and I am still learning. As for "reincarnation" God (Jesus) will raise the dead and they will come back to life, a tree is a tree just as a human is a human.

Belive me when you fully understan Jesus Christ, you dont need other teaching.. and when Jesus say you can come to Father trough me, then he think fallow his teachings, not budist.. if you want to become budist then learn and practice that. Its realy like that.. its not some fanatic stiff. You need to gove ALL to Jesus.. its about that.. thats why he say be perceft as your father.. perfection in belive in Jesus.. i know its hard.. but you if you try you will feel the Holy Spirit.. i belive every religion or filosofy have theirs own way.. im ortodox christian. I dont habe strengt to go full on. Its not easy. But hope God will give me strenght one day. Just when you hear something try to find it in your religion, coz its ther.. when i practice something from another religion ali look on that like a training thing.. for example meditatio .. to focus on breath.. for me its a technik to train focus.. not some spiritual thing… visualison its prayer for me.. and thats our holy fathers says.. when you pray you need to have will power, your attenition and to feel words you saying in prayer.. same as visualisation but stronger.

Yes, I agree. But Jesus never said, " Don't exercise or don't go to school or don't go to a doctor." 2:20 I had dabbled with piano many years ago however in recent times I have been searching for ways to get through, but not remove, my suffering and have picked up playing piano. Within a month's time I was playing as if I had played for at least a year and the entire time through each key I've struck on the piano I would reflect on myself. "Why did I make this mistake with the key? Is is because I'm not focused? What is causing me to not focus? Can I remove what is causing me to lose focus. My playing of the piano would then go from stumbling on keys to striking them with grace because I realized that I was making myself nervous despite there was nothing to be nervous about. That is but a slice of many things I would think of during my practice with piano. I have also taken up gardening, right now it is just pepper plants in pots that I have growing indoors with grow lights but it is a necessary start. The plants are growing well and is bringing some kind of peace to my mind knowing that those plants are still surviving because I have taken some time from my day to care for them. A couple of the plants have been near death but watching them as they recovered made me reflect on myself doing the same thing. I am also blessed with being tall and physically fit and have naturally taken up martial arts (particularly wing chun) and the practice is calming. All of these combined are individually helping me find my way to that peak. I feel each of these gives me some purpose to better understand myself. I still have quite a ways to go until I am at the top, however i'm not looking into the past, nor forward to the future, simply improving what I can in this moment.
