I walk 10 minutes from my housing estate every day (I'm grateful) without fail and I'm in a forest. My music is the sound of the wild life. Red squirrel, Deer and plentiful of birds. The smells of the forest the breeze and the swaying of the trees gives calmness. I sit there about 30 minutes and also do some movements to waken my body up and not forgetting meditate and that brings positive thoughts for the day. I'm fully energised I'm Scottish and live in Germany. Thank you for sharing this video

I think you are very wise and that makes me happy. I have a story but in short I am blind but can navigate without a cane. I've adapted. I walk a lot. I'm in good health despite my conditions of chronic illness. I'm aiming to heal myself with this knowledge and inspiration by Dr. Joe Dispenza which I'm guessing he was inspired by teachings and understandings of all these things about the power of our thoughts.

I watch & listen to all these videos! Interesting how the United States & most of the world ignores/silences (schools,institutions,politics) these teachings. Intentional! The system wants slaves, not free souls & thinkers. The Shift/Awakening is happening & spreading. Thank you so much for sharing all you do. Such valuable wisdom. A different world for me, my background, my broken childhood & family. So grateful & appreciative in the opportunity to learn & grow. I am going to make hats, origami boats covered in faux suede, it might sound strange but I have already made some pill box hats with veil, they work really well in the hot sun, I am quite happy with this business. (Printed sheets, towels also.) Prototypes. I like design not only fine art.

People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things, looks that means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society. If your happyness depend on extern factors, you will never be happy because extern factors are endless. Happyness starts inside you. Thats why a lot of people buy stuff or look a certain way to create an illusion for the outside world out of emptyness. The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, double standards, own benefits, hate, hypocrites, judge, comparing etc.... reflection of their broken souls. Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time to reflect and work on yourself in the here and now where the magic happens. Be the light in your own life No, not feeling superior or better then others but more be carefully and aware. I change everything and have no tv, social media, relationshit and not stuck in the so called matrix......

I love Shi Heng Yi, but I'm curious what he thinks about music. He grew up in Germany, home to great composers like Bach, Beethoven, Richard Strauss, Gustav Mahler...poets like Goethe...what does he think about all of that stuff?
