Excellent demonstration! Maddy’s demonstration was particularly helpful to see how easy it is for a non-professional to use. Thanks!

You are welcome, even though it added a bit of length to this video I wanted to honestly see an unexperienced lady use it. Glad you liked it. 👍 Thank you for watching. Check out hundreds more of our videos at www.aroundthehome.org

I am so thankful for this. I’m a widow and I’m trying to do home improvement work by myself and this simple task was making me nuts!!! Thank you!!! 😊

I've watched 5 other videos on these and this is the 1st to show me how to fully extend it while standing. Wish I had seen this before I wrestled a 20ft ladder like this I got from a pawn shop. I do not recommend extending it on the ground then try to stand it unless you are a bodybuilder!

Thinking I should have watch this before purchasing this..its really heavy. But thank you for the visual video, the instructions in the book had me a bit lost for some things

It is heavy, but it is also very stable.

Me too, I was so excited to get it but now it scares me, it can smash my hand so easy.

Wonderful video! The part with Maddy was the best! As I feel like that's how I would feel and maneuver around a heavy ladder like that. We have an extra heavy-duty one so was intimidated to use but after this video, will try it!

Yes, this is more of what i needed to see, however, i'm most likely weaker than Maddy, plus i have to use it in a very tight stairwell, about 13 feet up, so, i'm not sure if i'll be able to do it, because i'll have to extend most of it while the ladder is standing...i'm so glad she came in to show that, though...There should be more videos like this on youtube showing weaker people doing that...Thank you...🐦

Glad to help with the demonstration. I really did like getting her into this one to get it from a different perspective.

Thank you for this, I need to clean my gutters and am intimidated by my ladder.

Would you recommend these for use as an extension ladder? Or should I just buy an extension ladder for the purpose I need it?
@AroundTheHome1 Жыл бұрын
I love this as an extension ladder, I use it for one to get up and down from my roof all the time. Now, I do have a 24' extension ladder for getting up on 2nd story roof and the claw foot on a traditional extension ladder will really dig into the ground when these will not. I just depends on what your specific needs are.

One more you didn’t mention is if you keep one side one rung lower than the other it allows you to get closer to a wall.
@AroundTheHome12 жыл бұрын
You know, in all my years of using this ladder that's not something that I did with it. When working close to the wall I always turned it to go along the wall and then straddled the ladder. I guess each to their own though. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.
