do you have an AP that is MU-MIMO with no router? or do I need to buy a Nighthawk Router and put into AP mode? I have a Custome Router with Customer firmware, and just need better WIFI and really need MU-MIMO.

One thing to note is that if your devices connected don’t support MU-MIMO, it won’t make a difference

You don’t need more than 2x2. All smart phones only have a 2x2 antenna config. Some higher end devices may have 3x3 but 4x4 is VERY rare. Your theoretical max speed settings may be less. But you save on money if you stuck with 2x2

Range extenders slow your real speed down by 50%. Use mesh WiFi also range extenders is like a relay system. Not very efficient.

I have a TPLINK AX1500 router has MU-MINO my BEC 6300NEL RIDGEWAVE R15 dont have those Features

Is there any difference between Traditional router setup you explained in this video and SU - MIMO (Single User - MIMO)?

There's su mimo and mu mimo wich he explained in the video that's the difference

SU-MIMO means the clients take it in turns to communicate with the router. MU-MIMO allows the router to communicate with these devices simultaneously.

Why not just use a dual band modem/router. And is there a point where if you have so many devices you get daminishing returns?

Dual band doesn't change how the router distributes data. Yes there's a point for MU-MIMO

why not? i like asus because of their interface but i know a lot of people prefer to flash CFW like tomato or DDWRT
