Hello, we’re currently in deep reflections as to which models of R&M to choose for our young childs. The subject of toddlers is especially eluded by many cargo bikes brands on the exemption of dutch ones but I red on your website that toddlers seat anchors could be factory implemented on Load and Packster models. Why is there no « promotion » on that and will the Load 2025 be updated with the same quality UPF50 fabric than the Carrie and Packster please ?

The baby seat adapters for our Long John bikes cannot be configured ex works, but they are available as accessories. Our dealers can order and install them if required. With regard to sun protection, we can inform you that the outer fabric of the child cover on the Load already has UPF50 quality. Only the ‘windows’ on these models are not yet darkened. We cannot yet say when this will happen. However, the windows can also be darkened using the additional textile sun protection, which is also made of UPF50 fabric and is included with every soft top.

@@rieseundmuellerGmbH Thank you for your answer. Your website tells the opposite saying : "We offer a factory mounting for baby seats for the Transporter 65, Load 60, Load 75 and Packster 70 models". Maybe we're not talking about the exact same "baby seats". We would like to install a Melia 7-18 months Eu certified cosy directly next to the front seat so that our baby and child could sit alongside. We've tested the carrie, load4 60 and packster2 70 CT. It seems that the packster is the only option considering the 26cm wide Melia cosy. Or is that only legal in Netherland ?

Hi, what is the width of the safety bar ? Or i should rather say the maximum width of the bike ? It seems like the long john bikes are not necessarily wider than the longtail bikes, which could be counter-intuitive ? Thanks

Hello @lvleminckx, the Safety Bar has a width of 54 cm, making it the widest part of the bike.

What if we need to transport two adults sitting side-by-side in the box, along with some room for luggage? Do you have anything that can meet the said requirement?

It is generally possible to carry adults on pedelecs (does not apply to S-pedelecs) as long as those are equipped to carry passengers. However, the maximum weight allowances must be observed. Hi! I have a question. At minute 01:33 you show 2 seats on the Multicharger. These 2 seats look to me to be the Thule Yepp Nexxt seats. Am I right? Can I fit those 2 seats IF I have the passenger kit on? OR do you I need to remove the passenger kit cage in order to fit the 2 seats? Thanks
