The design of the child cover looks much improved over Load75. Sturdier struts and most importantly - beefed up strut attachment points. I’ve had mine break on my Load75(2019) four times already. I’m happy to see that it is easier to add/remove the cover too. And the hinges for the cover! That is the cherry on top I never imagined I was missing! How convenient this is if one is to offer a ride for an adult in the cargo box! Please, please bring these features to the Load75. Anyway, this new bike looks amazing for how much thought has been put into ease-of-use and ease-of-self-maintenance. R&M rising the bar once again!

I own 12 bikes. Only one cargo bike, and I bike everywhere, so I think you can hear this from somebody in your team, and believe it's true. IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE. You can buy a Dacia Spring EV for this price, or at least half a new VW e-up, a used and briliant Kona EV, or a smart car. There are uses where a car is just a no go, ok, but The price for this cargo bike compared tot he parts of a vehicle can not be justified. 2 wheels, not 4. no doors, no windows, no seats, no 30kwh battery, no subframe, 60kw motor, abs, radar, wheel, stalks, mirrors, heated seats, ac... nothing. Bikes should not be this expensive. Ok if one person builds one a month, only for me, ok. But it's still mas produced and outsourced. Battery, off the rack, Bosch motor, controls, wheels... 6000 grand starting price, not ok. if you warranty it for 20 years, maybe, but this will not be a functioning electric bike on the road in 2 to 10 years time.
