This is a very interesting conversation. I have been following the lead of the Lord for what to put in my body. What He has has me eating for a while now is meat eggs and fruit. It's been very healing but the key is following His leading.

Lactose intolerance and dairy allergy are two completely different things. To further complicate the issue, an immune response is different from the allergy. I am a little more than halfway through and hope they dive deeper into the metabolic issues and what may be beneficial for folks to try when their bodies are manifesting wonky responses to food, e.g., spiked insulin levels and associated weight gain. I think there is much wisdom in the info he is presenting and like they have said, it is ABSOLUTELY individualistic. One man's honey is another man's poison so to speak.

people think we need to deal with unforgiveness in order to be healed but ‭‭Romans‬ ‭2:4‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ says [4] Or are you [so blind as to] trifle with and presume upon and despise and underestimate the wealth of His kindness and forbearance and long-suffering patience? Are you unmindful or actually ignorant [of the fact] that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repent (to change your mind and inner man to accept God's will)? Sometimes we try to deal with people's unforgiveness before they see the goodness of God, but it's a lot easier the other way around. Once people see how good He is, they just can't hold onto unforgiveness any longer- because He is just that awesome!
