Véi.... Eu fiquei bestiaberto de ver a facilidade q o camarada aí começa a desmontar o núcleo desse trafo. Normalmente é muito difícil de começar a desmontar pq as placas estão bem apertadas e geralmente invernizadas....KKK! Parabéns aí ao amigo do, a única coisa é q ele não mostra a quantidade de voltas quando ele passa para o fio se bitola 11. Mas valeu a iniciativa....

You should probably use 8 gauge (25 + 25) for secondary instead of 11. Alot of people saying amps are too low.

@@nanakshahi8343 48 turns. (3 layers of 16 turns). You'll get more amps than 50 turns of 11 guage. Definitely. Just make sure you have a good cooling fan and weld intermittently.

even this transformer won't last for a long time because the secondary winding cary high current so the surface area of the wire must be large for a good sustainability of the transformer. So make some calculation in oder to get the required wire

I can understand the pride and challenge of making something for yourself but I don’t think this one is for me. I think by the time you’ve bought all the power lead, metal and paper, then factor in all the man hours it’s far cheaper to buy the welder in the UK. I love creativity and making what I can myself but all that winding and cutting out and arranging the metal sheets would drive me insane. You can get a decent rod welder for under £100. I acknowledge that things are different prices in different parts of the world. It was an interesting video once you turn the sound off and I respect your knowledge and fortitude in making your own welder. It’s more than I can do and I'll happily admit that.
