Life hurts and sometimes it can feel like all it does it take and take and take some more, ripping from you peace, joy, love, everything that is good and leaving only the pain. That's not the end though. Not as long as you have hope. Hope for the future. Hope in people. Hope in change. Hope in yourself. Because life is also the greatest thing we can ever experience and it allows us to experience the good. The peace. The joy. The love. To have hope is to have strength. To have hope is to have not lost. But hope comes from you, so give it to yourself.

This is one of my favourite quotes from Avatar. Zuko was at an all time low in his life and instead of accepting it and finding a state of hope within he chose to deny it, abandon his good nature, to live off other people's suffering. When his uncle points this out, he leaves him out of distress with his own conscience. That's really when Zuko's inner journey starts, when the humility of his life was suddenly inescapable and he couldn't bare it anymore. His uncle's plead for him to be strong and find hope from within was something he simply wasn't ready for at the time. It's an incredible character arc and their relationship is very real. Thanks for the video! It was inspirational!

I love your videos! They are so beautiful and provoking. Thank you for creating them. It would be amazing if you made one about losing control. Like those scenes where someone experiences loss and everything implodes. Whether it be there powers or their voices. When I watch scenes like that in movies or shows there is a connection with them. I find that empathizing with the characters in those moments is a way to feel less burdened in a sense. The way you pick scenes and dissect the script is so profound and resonating. It would be beautiful to see what you come up with. Thank you, again, for sharing these with the world.
