Thinking about this machine over the lincoln version just in cost alone. Ive already got a precision tig 225, but need more than my 120v mig with spool gun. Thanks for the run down. Never run a miller before, but happy to learn for my upcoming over the top adventure truck build.

Sure wish we could have a longer mig gun lead. I'm spoiled using the 25` Aluma Pro

I’m so thankful I bought a HTP 2500 instead of another Miller when I sold my Miller 220. The Miller 255 Multimatic is a disgraceful and overpriced! pile of 💩. When you have a $4700 MPW that includes nothing more than a mig gun and grounding clamp, that speaks volumes, and that’s not even discussing the elephant in the room that’s it doesn’t even have High Frequency start, nor A/C Tig capabilities! 😂 . I mean I can get a 400$ Tig welder from Harbor Fake with HF start. I didn’t even know there was any newer inverter Tig welders that DIDNT have HF start! I have a 1999 Miller Syncrowave 250 that has HF for goodness sake’s. To me it was pointless to put a remote foot panel hook up on it, might as well just have scratch start! I think Miller continues to urinate in the face of their customers all while holding their hand out wanting your 💵.. And a pitty the person that has to buy their overpriced control boards when the warranty runs out! Been there. The negative part of this comment isn’t in regards to your video demonstration. I find them very helpful actually when wanting to know about a specific welders functions, a closer look at the machine, it’s contents, it’s size etc! I just clicked on it to see if they had changed anything since they came out. I think they could’ve hit a home run with this welder and it was a complete flop!

Thank you for watching. Appreciate your opinion, Miller Electric designs and manufactures quality equipment that is really user friendly and brand is really strong. We do not work with HTP or others mentioned to speak to the quality.

I agree. The Chinese made machines are coming on strong. Just bought a new tig machine that has more features than the new dynasty welders at 1/3 of the price. That’s coming from a former dynasty owner! Lots of fab shops are switching. I know of a nascar team the switched. I used to own all Lincoln for my manufacturing business…. Everything in the future will be the cheaper machines coming out. They offer more features for way less money. I was eyeing the new Miller Trailblazer 330… until I found out Everlast is developing an engine drive with a HONDA engine for less than 1/2 the price.

I am with you on that one. Used to be Miller all the way till they started raising prices and lowering quality Now they produce overpriced junk. I just got a no name brand Chinese Tig 350 3 phase delivered to my house for $800. No noisy fan, pulse etc.. Welds like a dream. F Miller.
