Good job! We do such a welding on thick meterials with solid wire 1.2 mm wit 10/11m for a minute and with the 30/31 volts. It's different welding. You have to go fast. It's much easier to weld with 0.8mm wire, you have more time for reaction. I wish I could work on such a setup in work. It would be less stressful 😅 Anyway, working on higher settings like we do gives you great looking welds almost flat and perfect when you have an experience. Greetings from Poland!!!

Thank you. Yea we weld lots of big construction,like 50-80 mm thick , and we use only 1,2 mm wire 😏, buth we have problem we dont get clean material , so its hard to get nice welds , buth i do my best all time 😎

@@migstickwelder1992 The unclean meterials are always an issue in the business. That's why we use high energy and thick wire 😀!!!

Did you go to any welding school or course? My welds structural horizontal welds look identical n i was windering if its good enough to pass the tests

for test at least first pass need to be just draging for better penetration in root , and next one u can make some movement 😁

If u weld for test, first pass cant be welded with movement , just push straight becouse root wont be same all the way
