Im pretty sure you can go to Leaderboards in the “progression” tab and see how many sessions of each game mode you’ve played and use that as a checklist too

I can't make it to sequence 25 in standard wolfpack. Do you have any tips? I mostly mess up when there are two identical targets and you have to choose and also with the chests. Is there eagle vision in multiplayer?

You have to change your load out to contain “weapons” that help you identify who is the bad guy.

What a coincidence, I finished all multiplayer trophies (minus DLC that I don't have) for the PS3 version early this year. Do you know if it's required PS Plus in order to get the base game multiplayer trophies for the PS4?

@@jackmehoff5541 I'm not sure exactly what you asked but all your PS3 trophies will show up on your PS4 as long as you synch them. Also, AC 4 Blackflag trophies are separate on each console.

@@arioca i meant if you did the online trophies on the ps3 do you start again on rank 1 when you play it on the ps4 version? For example for the gta online trophies i didnt have to play from rank 1 to 100 on the ps4 version because i already was rank 126 on the ps3 version. So every trophy on the ps4 was unlocking automatically.

@@jackmehoff5541 I'm not sure but I don't think so; I believe the multiplayer trophies for both versions of the game are completely separate. That's awesome to know about GTA V because I'm not on PS Plus so I could play online on PS3 and get the online trophies for the PS4 version that I also have.

@@arioca be aware that one online trophy for the gta 5 the ps3 version is not available. Somebody has to put a bounty on you and you have to stay alive for 1 hour real time. If you dont have that trophy yet on the ps3 you will never get it sadly. On the ps4 everything is still available

One thing you have to consider, it's impossible play the minigame Kenway's Fleet, so you can't win the plants for upgrade the Jackdaw. In this case you would've to buy the Technology Pack in Playstation Network, this will eliminate the requisite for you to have this plants.

I’ve already platinumed, but can confirm that this can still be done. You can do almost everything in Wolfpack. The game modes can be tricky to find, but the key for me was searching nightly nonstop until I got in one. When it gives you the error message that tells you to run a new search, be sure to actually back out and run a fresh search, because it’ll search for a game mode you don’t need and put you in the game if you’re not paying attention (guilty). Some nights seem to be hotter than others. It’s SO boring, and so many games of solo Wolfpack are required, but getting that plat feels great.
